Personally, to each his own.  Take care of the ones that you play with regularly or go out of their way to accommodate you, like saving seats, getting service, all kinds of other things.  There is no standard.  Personally, if I do extremely well, I always tip, if I win a $1,000 payout on Fortune wagers or greater, I offer a $10 or $20 wager on the next hand or they can take for their toke box, etc.  If I do well at the end of the shoe, I will wager on the last hand I am going to play and once again ask them where they want it.  The dealer would get the winning toke plus the toke payout. 

If I get on a roll with consecutive winning wagers, I will usually throw up a few red chips or even a green chip for a dealer wager, I ask them if they want to parlay their winning wager or take it, always.
