Well, just in a mood.  Casino tonight and all that.  I got a phone call this morning, real early, all of us around here in the 'actual work world' start our Midwest work day around 6:00am, LOL.  The call was an apologue from a higher up in the State Department of Transportation for one of his regional supervisors giving me a hard time last week with the calling of a state trooper and his supervisor's accusation of setting up an improper traffic control plan, etc.  Turns out, the supervisor failed to receive the permitting approval and copy of the permit which had the traffic control plan that his superiors told me to set-up, etc.  How did they know that he failed to receive that?  Because, that supervisor failed to log into his email on the state system for 3 days.  LOL!  Okay, onwards....
