People are playing on-line - some where they have connect to a live dealer.  Have heard nothing but good about 5 Dimes as a sport book.

5dimes is great as well as Heritage and betonline. Sports Book Review forum has all of them rated and they can also help with any payout disputes. I have never had problems with payouts except that about every 6 months they may ask you to update and fax your ID and payout information (utility bill, credit card etc)

To answer your question, 5dimes or Black Orchid Casino offer play for fun option. I like to play for fun on Betphoenix because it is an 8 deck baccarat shoe. The 5dimes and Black orchard offer 6 deck ones.

Fairway casino has live dealer and play money and they remember your play money balance.  Pretty hard to beat if you're playing for fun.
