Further Explanation of 'Sections & Turning Points'

  • I was requested by a serious player through PM tp further explain and go into detail.  In fact a few people have inquired during the past few months, so with that in mind I actually have some good examples I will attempt to recreate from the casino the other night.  I made some notes late last nite and will start putting them up now.  Please bear in mind, that understanding Sections & Turning points involves several things, not just a definitive item and that is it.

There are so many 'right' ways to play baccarat and at the very same exact time, there are so many 'wrong' ways.

Problem being, many indications of presentments happening and forthcoming are not (NOT) readily availble for visualization until you start winning or losing.  And the problem is, each of our beliefs, goals, desires and expereinces all come into the process together while we play.

Baccarat produces a frame of mind altering situations as they are happening so many times.  That can be used to extend wins, give back all the quick wins just realized, or even stop you from winning a great and easy section of the shoe happening with then and there.  You have to know several things before really understanding Sections & Turning Points of the game that will always happen, each and every single shoe.  Like I said, there are numerous components and maybe this is just a bit advanced or expereinced play, more so than just starting to realize what baccarat is?

You have to keep an ultra clear mind and clear conscious without any previous real memory of your wins or losses or constant thought about winning or losing and you have to accomplish right then and there.  IMO, all of that will only cloud you mind, stop you from really smacking the casino and even stop your play if you merely won a few units or lost a few.  If you are a grind player, all of this is not up your ally or even of concern anyways, again IMO.

A clear mind is of utmost importance and requirement while playing in order to accept what events and presentments are happening and not allow those to alter what you believe, desire or think.

If you do and are able to really clear your mind, you increase your chances and ability to win.  If you cannot and you sit there like so many other players reciting what happened last shoe or last night or the other day and all that, you already lost and if you do not loss all you buy in cash, you will really hamper and cut your chances of doing anything real big with the shoe you are sitting in front of.  What do I mean?

Say the shoe was a continual chop of Banker and Player and then a few ones and two and maybe several ones and threes.  Then all of a sudden a 13 repeat streak of Banker appears or say 3 ties, 3 Fortune 7's and sevral other high paying side bets come out together.  Or say the shoe starts out with 10 Bankers out fo the gate followed by one Player, then immediatly followed by 5 Bankers and then a whiole bunch of Players.  You will miss it and either sit there not believing it or you will wager really small while saying how that rarely happens, etc.

I have two shoes to briefly discuss that are perfect examples of what I am talking about and attempting to bring out here when I say, "Sections & Turning Points".  The first shoe was a heavy Player shoe and finishing with 48 Players and 24 Bankers at the very end, a rare happening.  The Second shoe at the same table was a heavy Banker shoe finishing slightly less heaby and starting to equal out with lots of great events not commonly seen all together and then the last section or half of the shoe a bit more common.  That shoe finished around Banker 42 and Players 33.

I will recreate the Bs and Ps in order that they happen in another post after this one, but first the explanations and notes I made about those shoes.  Both of them are good examples of Sections & Turning Points, exploiting most everything that can and does happen from time to time and produced by the game of baccarat.

In a row whether repeating or alternating is the majority of the game.  It can happen and it may not happen.  DO NOT get caught up with thinking 'it has to happen' or 'it will happen' because  of such and such.  To me, that is our vital mistakes we continously make so many times.  If you win a hand you will think, "it happened, I got this figured out".  If you lose a hand, you will think, "it changed up" and many things I cannot not even begin to cite, but you should know what I am talking about.

The shoe changes, it is weak, it is strong, it is going to do such and such, etc., etc., so STOP thinking that way is what I am trying to say.  That frame of mind is wrong and will hurt you in many ways as I said earlier.  Your thought process needs tp merge with the shoe and avoid a struggle that you do not want to be caught within.

When I say, "Sections & Turning Points", I am identfying the 3 to 5 Sections of every shoe with their distinctive changing points.  Virtually all shoes have to have them, if they did not, you will witness countless shoes of the same thing.  I.E.: Every hand would be all Players the entire shoe, or every single hand would be all Bankers the entire shoe, or every hand would be all ties the entire shoe, or every hand would be 2 Bankers followed by two Players the enitre shoe, or every hand would be 3 Bankers followed by 3 Players the entire shoe, or every hand would be 4 Bankers followed by 4 Players the entire shoe, etc., etc.  That stuff will not happen.  Possibly one shoe (as I have witnessed in Atlantic City in the 1980's) finished with an entire shoe of chop-chop (B-P-B-P-B-P) with several ties of course, but that is probably the one in a billion or so that will do that.  I also witnessed on shoe without a single tie, not one.  But those to me and almost every one else are extremely rare.

Sections & Turning Points have a use and the use needs to be understood by the player and used for the purpose of wagering.  Wagering should be, IMO, governed by what the shoe is producing, not what the player desires or needs or wants to happen.  A huge difference and a huge point of misundertanding in the game.  The same as almost anything else in life, no?  The males outlook on women for example.  A male wants sex, a cook and a cleaning lady and he wants her to never fight, argue and always agree with him.  Does not work that way we all find out.  A person with a sports car or a muscle car wants to drive like the devil down the highway and do whatever he wants all the time, does not work that way as well.  The normal person with a job has a whole set of thoughts, desires and goals and those usually are very different formt that of the busienss owner or his supervisor in most all cases.  Get the point?  Baccarat is no different, really.

So, back to baccarat and my post.  When it comes, it comes.  Not why it came or justifying wagers on it because  it fits a schedule or a plan you happened to purchase in a system or a method of play, etc.

Catching 9 or 9 or even 10 wagers in a row or a section of 30 hands is ground breaking and substantial, rather than a grind with a flat bet of the table min amount.  While those 8 or 9 or 10 wagers can produce huge sums of win money versus smaller and hard to replace daily allocated risk money in comparison.

I want to finish this 'Part 1' with a wagering that can produce large and safe sums of return for the player if he follws "Sections & Turning Points" as I am attempting to explain.

First wager of $75.00, won and pressed up to $150.00, won and pressed up to $300.00.  The next 3 wagers are vital of winning 3 which will then produce the player to really winning or just losing the initial risk of $75.00.  Win 3 more wagers at the $300.00 and pull down each win in case of a sudden loss.  If the player won all three, he sits with $900.00 and a net profit of $825.00.  The 7th wager will be the game changer for that player.  A $1,200.00 wager and if won, he then sits with $2,400.00 off that first initial $75.00 wager, with a net of $2,325.00.  Then tha tplayer should wager (I would) $250.00 for the remaining wagers of that "Section" he is currently within.  He might not know when it will end, but that player will certainly know when it started and than without using or knowing rocker science, he will know about, or least approx., when the Section will end.

  • Part -2-

To me, wagering has to be regulated by something besides, feelings, schedules, plans and desires.  That is how I found "Sections and Turing Points".  I have other posts and threads here in the Bac Room as well as My Blog section regarding this subject.

Events have to be classified and cornered to capitalize on them within the game, IMO.  Things/Events happen in the extreme short run rather than a consistent play of events, say throughout the entire shoe or even half a shoe or possibly even a third of the shoe.  Hence, "Sections & Turning Points".

A player must get into the feel, the aura and what the shoe is producing, rather than the preconceived thought of what a typical shoe of baccarat will or should produce in reality.  More times things/events will not happen then the actual event does happen.  Better to play this way IMO.

A "Section" to me, has to be determined by its visualize appearance on the "Big Road" rather than else where, such as the "Bead Plate".  The "Big Road" is the reading as to what was produced.  Not in anyway, what will be produce or should be produce, get that straight and realize it.

So the other night, the second shoe was the Banker shoe for most of it.  The first section went like this:

    B-P-B-P-B-P-B-P-B-P-B-P
    B-  -B-P-  -P-  -P-  -P-   P
    B     B                          P
    B     B                          p
    B                                 p
    B                                 T
    B
    B
    T
    B
    B

In this case, the first Section would end at the 28th hand, just before the Players made the 5 plus the Tie.  Even if the Banker side did not make the 14 to the Players side of 1, it still would probably right before the Players 5 and T, if say the Banker came out with 2 instead of the 10 and 2 instead of the 4.

One side will consistently build, while the other side repeatedly reduces or stay slightly less to lose each time.  Not really patterns and trends, just recording the presentments because as I attempted to bring out, there will never virtually be an entire shoe or even half a shoe of exactly the same thing.  Almost never, at least on a consistent basis.

Groups of 3 or 4 or 5 are most common and do become consistent so many times.  The problem most of us do not see or realize that, is because we overwhelm ourselves with the winning or the losing caused by exactly that.

When you identify a Section and then you have a consistent and strong row within the Bead Plate, as well as other factors such as 1's and 2's or maybe 3's, you can get your wagering a bit larger and hit a few.  Just do not continue, hand after hand with whatever happened to the opposite because of your thought.  The shoe is producing what it wants, not what you need, want or desire.

I have found that positive progressions of wagers, especially after winning a hand or two, will benefit the player if he spreads out the wagering with 4-5 or 6 hands rather a consistent, every hand play by himself.  The only time a player will really benefit from an every hand wagering play, is when the shoe is super strong with a repeating series of events, no matter what it is doing.  But once again, a hand loss usually wipes out the previous wins.  That is why I say, wagering larger and progressively can be a huge influx to your buy in if you can realize a Section, no matter what that Section is producing.

In the first Section I outlined above, if you have a vision of baccarat is strong and will run, you follow it and wager for the repeat and you visualize what is happening.  Once so many come out, no magic numbers to adhere to, you begin to see the weakness or the chop, you go along with it.  A Section containing say, 15 or 20 chops of 1's and 2's, then produces 4 or 5, you better either start following it or waiting it out.  But, so many will begin the task of wagering against the shoe because they are convinced the chop has to come.  And yes, it does have to come and yes, it will.  But is that the productive and best way to play?

Why not wager a few and if winning, stay within the Section playing along with what is being produced.  If winning, progress positively a few times and then pull down the winnings and if something fits in with many parameters than stack it up and attempt the one or two larger, out of your norm wagering with the control and conscious decision you will pull the winning down and totally reset?  Not the progressive and uncontrolled wagering until you give it all back and go into tilt action.

It is not hard to win a few, but it is hard to recover when you do not have clear mind and thought.  Sections & Turning Points will happen, if you can identify same, play within same, wager according to those, you stay within the parameters of what is actually happening.  The player that plays for streaks, will not realize them the majority of the times.  The players that plays for 2's will see a lot of them, but an equal amount of 1's and 3's when combined.  He normally will give up all of his winnings to continue his play and not stop at just a few units.  Again, if he does he cannot realize the larger wins.  He will continually chase his losses or equal sessions with consistency and frustration.  He has no guidance or governing item to allow him to identify what he really needs.

Among the numerous things I attempt to outline, is variance.  The game of baccarat has variance and it is easily witnessed or followed if you can recognize it.  It is elusive and it is always going to be there.  It is the single most unpredictable and consistent item within the game of baccarat.  It will play with your mind and thought process in numerous ways and that is what I attempt to put to the side.  It is not easy but it can be done in many instances and situations.  But as always, the longer you play, the more chance the variance will overcome and take what you have for numerous reasons I attempted to bring forward.  Unlike other games, you can be on either side of the variance within the game of baccarat.

Here is a link to some other things I wrote in reference to this in My Blog.  There are some examples there and I will post two later tonight reference the 2 shoes i am pointing out here.

Part -3- will have more actual shoes and some definitions of why the Sections & Turning Points are where they were drafted within each.  I need time to get them together and will post them later tonight or early in the morning.

  • An exhaustive explanation, thanks Al!

Besides part #3, it would be interesting if you want to illustrate how are formed derived roads (bead plate, etc)

    Thanks!

  • Look at the Bead Plate on the first and the last lines.  Super strong for Banker, on the first line every single one, Banker, flawless!  On the last line of the Bead Plate, every one except one Player!!!!  Real nice, money maker for sure.

  • Using "Sections & Turning Points" with intelligence and clear frame of mind.

Section A is going to begin with the first hand of course.

3-4 Sections for most all shoes, 15-20 hands approx.., a for each section.

A Section ends when distinctive presentments are visually different/opposite/new within the "Big Road" whether repeats, chops or caused by total hand values and events in each hand, etc.

Stay within each Section to govern yourself as a general rule, is the best way to use 'Sections & Turning Points'.

Focus on the Section, rather than what is already out or has not presented itself yet, within the shoe you are playing.

Wager for the Section, not (NOT) for making up or other reasons for your wager.

Apply other events and types of wagers as discussed.

    Events:

10 + or -  (watch and use it to your advantage)
20 + or -  (watch and use it to your advantage)
    Low or no ties out
    Strong increases or continually naturals
Weak reductions or remaining the same
3, 4 or 5's of anything within a section or Bead Plate and in conjunction with other combinations
Bead Plate lines that remain the exact same
Hand total value by numbers that are continually reoccurring
One side continually adding and the other side continually at the same time reducing, both sides 3 card draws

    Wagers:

    Flat
    Positive progressions
    1 + 4 Side Parlays
1/3rd, 1/3rd, 1/3rd Money Management System (strictly govern time and stopping point of play)
1, 2 and 3 wins, 4-6 pull downs and a 7 or 8 as a determining reset or pull down and continue

  • I feel it is the utmost importance to be fully conscious of the following when gambling at a table within a B&M:

    Illusions
    Perceptions
    Wagering
    Recognition
    Negativity
    Losing

    Mind Frame
    Critical Choices
    Influential People/Aura
    Conflicts
    Beliefs
    Lessons/Research/Applied
    Mistakes
    Experience Realized and Applied

So many I witness every session/trip to a casino are focused and focused only on winning, and when they do it governs them like 95 - 100% of everything they do at the table.

To me, that is wrong.  They are overtaken and overwhelmed with continued wins and losses that happen.

Be inside your "Section" of the shoe, no matter what it is producing and what is happening.

The myths and the fallacies that exist on the internet regarding baccarat as well as casino gambling are astronomical!  People become delusion to their own thoughts.  They believe what they repeat so many times.  They provide themselves no advantage to make themselves a sequence of wagering selections which they really believe that they learned or that they have.  They actually afford themselves a disadvantage and they limit their options by doing just that.  That is very sad, all that attempted learning and reading and time they spend on the internet researching, only to convince themselves of numerous ways to beat the casino, when none actually exists.  Especially in the adherence of scheduled wagers of any type.  Sure some will win with those very pre planned out wagers, but overall the losses and non hits will outweigh all the wins.

In summation of what I just said, the counter balance to it is the following, IMO.  You have to master a way to hold wins, perform positive progressions and parlays, yet be able to risk without emotion or distress while walking away losing your buy in iwthout repeated additional buy ins to recover your immediate losses.  Your buy in has to be a partial amount of your bank roll, without it effecting you to the point you regret the session and dwell upon the loss with new plans to recoup that loss with twisting and turning new ideas to get the money back fromt he casino.  If you do, you are on the road you do nto want to be on, a very dangerous road.

Sections & Turning Points can do you no harm.  They do not dictate when or how or what risk you should take when you wager.  They is no scheme or agenda, merely you are identifying what the shoe is presenting and what has happened in a factual, short, visual and real summation of sorts.  Similar to info being displayed on an auto repair shop screen of the car's engine data output for someone to inerpret and act upon.

You don't have to change yourself.  You do not have to stop believing or stop gambling or stop questioning or stop applying yourself.  The whole trick to what will help you, is being totally conscious and putting yourself into a complete neutral state of playing, a neutral state of focus, vision and mind frame.  Not even in the belief that a certain betselection will prevail over another.

I usually do attempt to define what actually allowed me to win, if I won, within a session at the table.  Not always possible, but I do try.  But I do know one thing and I will state that very thing here in the paragraph to follow:  It is about progressions, parlays and accumulating an amount of win each time to make your buy in cash a worthwhile risk without justifying loss and suffering.  (you will have to realize those things before you can progress past them, sorry buy 100% true and no ways around that.)  You actions and results need to outweigh the variance, the house edges, even your own default of weaknesses and wrong decisions that you engage in at the table.  More so than wagering and the actual variance baccarat produces which means very little at the table for a shoe or two or three or even four, time, money, emotion, psychological and frame of mind, all combined will really determine how your decision making process allows you to accumulate and allocate your wins and how you manage your losses that will happen with certainty each session.

Those people that think and believe everything I just mentioned does not apply to them, are just wasting their time here or selling a system or some other comical nonsense that will hurt the user in many ways.

  • PART 4:  Changing Phase and Details:

Changing Phase.  Extremely important to know what it is and how to recognize it.

The phase that is neither positive nor deficient but some kind of bulk-clustering of some kind, is the best way to describe it in tangible definition.

I know that sentence sounds confusing but it really is not.  The changing phase will encompass regression to the mean as well as some kind of standard deficient imbalance.

Be aware; watch it and increase your awareness, the time is coming to wager large.

If you think and believe that you will sit down at a baccarat table and simple wait for either the Banker or the Player side to produce something and then wager either with it or against it, that will not produce anywhere near 50% win ratio when you add up your results.  Real baccarat success is far beyond that fallacy and talk that usually leads to drama and name calling among the conversation participants.

Here, let me attempt to define, explain and paint a picture of what I see when I play or should I say, what I strive to see during my play.

We must be extremely tolerant, understanding and realize that the constant shift(s) of Banker and Player, lead us to our false perceptions and wrong beliefs.  Please re-read that sentence several times and try to understand the meaning of it.  It has meaning, it has substance and it is reality to the 100th degree.

Changing Phase can be anything, from 10 chop chops appearing and then straight into a streak of 14 immediately followed by one hand winning of the opposite side and right back to a streak of 8 to 10 of that same side that just produced 14 straight wins.  Then into all ones and twos for quite some time, say the following 20 hands or so.  Regardless, the phases will appear with no set guidelines or restrictions and that is the misunderstood challenge we all face.

The best comparison of baccarat and the player's fierce battle to be correct is that of quantum reality, where there is no such thing as absolute certainty.  Even when baccarat players are absolute certain that they will be correct in their decision, they very well might be wrong.  Problem being most of the time, even when many players lose the wager, they are still of the mind frame they were not wrong and something entered the picture to make them lost the hand, thus they become clouded, non-focused and confused.   Those are the worst things that you can have tagging along when you are playing baccarat; believe me when I say that.

A great player may overcome confirmation bias by always realizing that they might just be wrong, 100% of the time.  How?  By recognizing, realizing and believing that they might be wrong, while at the same time they think that they might have a chance at winning the hand in question.  Why think and do that?  Because it will allow you to overcome bias of past events and baccarat certainly produces plenty of bias that we all interpret into betting opportunities, situations and presentments waiting for each of us to act upon.

While you think of the reasons why the decision you had made, might be wrong, this will also help you to dis-confirm information and look from the opposite side of the picture, from different positions and directions of situational awareness and shoe presentments.  Here is what the counterbalance you just installed will accomplish.  Calming down your overconfidence that usually brings about negative wagering type of bets that are extremely risky.  You further undermine your own self-confidence to continue playing or stop no matter if you are winning or losing.

There are most certainly players here that have at least insinuated that they have predictive methods and powers which give them a positive expectation.  I say to that, BULLCRAP to the 100th millionth power!  There is no such thing.  You can choose to believe that dream but it is so far from reality that it is just a pile of rubbish, pure rubbish.

There are also people that claim they have predictive methods and powers based on trends.  That's another one that has been around for a long time also.  It is called Gambler's Fallacy in summation.

Bottom line, no one can predict future hands to be presented at the baccarat table.  Sooner you realize and believe that, the sooner you will be on your way to becoming  a baccarat player that is in reality, with a  fighting chance to win a greater amount of wagers than you lose and the ability to recognize and be conscious of doing just that very thing.

Be careful; do not misinterpret what I am expressing here.  There are trends and patterns, most certainly.  Just no one can accurately predict when they will appear, how long they will stay, as well as when each one will stop.  No one, period.  If you can recognize what a cluster, trend, pattern or clumping together of anything, you have an advantage.  You can use that info and insight to either continue with the exact thing that is happening or cut to the opposite side or something else that will counter balance what just happened.  Those things have three distinctive points.  1)  A beginning.  2)  A middle.  3)  An ending point.  You will not know when those things start; as well you will not know when they end.  Those things do just the things I outlined with or without your knowledge, approval or desires.  All of the comparison for the start and the middle, against winning or losing hands total value by points or if a third card added or reduced, is not reliable at all for more than a section of a limited amount of hands.  Likewise, + or - 10 (or)  + or - 20 to one side or the other is not reliable, along with naturals causing cuts or future same side wins, or ties doing those same things.   Those things are exactly what confuses and causes the player losses and his failure to realize what is actually being presented.   Guidelines are good, but do not in any way confuse them or view them as reliable to wager on with certainty to produce what you desire, in any way.

But you certainly can take the middle or even a section of a trend, after the beginning and speculate on it.  I think that is the best, neutral and most conservative way to say what I am attempting to?  Do not get that statement confused with saying you have ESP, magical powers or prediction abilities.  You do not and you will not.   But here is the key so many do not understand.  You can certainly take the start of something and roll with it rather than a continual wagering on something you want or need to happen.  That is the rock solid difference between the two things.

Yes, each hand is independent of the past.  But there are trends, patterns and sections that hold the keys to short bursts of easy money and large returns within the game of baccarat on a continual basis.  I understand all the odds, all the statistics and numbers about what is in my favor, what is in the casino's favor and what the Banker and the Player can or cannot do.  I take my chances on an unusual series of presentments from the shoe to continue, cut or return.  Those could be 10 to 15 repeats of one side, or those could be a series of 10 to 12 alternating chops, or those could be a perfect series of twos/pairs side by side continuously, or any one of numerous other presentments that could come along at a certain time.

One thing a baccarat player learns over time and that is foremost and out front.  It is, you will not be on a streak wagering a substantial wager and smacking the casino if you did not see it coming or jump on it soon after it (whatever it was) started.  You will not accomplish a great win, or at least accomplish such a great win only once in a long while, etc.

REALITY Versus CHANCE.  Countless players have no idea of the meaning of those three words, IMO!

You have to understand and get into reality, stay away from chance.  Although some will view, that you have to take chance to get to the reality of baccarat, that is true in certain aspects.  However, reality is separate from chance and operates in different ways.  Most of what I am referring to is the presentments of each shoe, what actually happens not what the players want to happen, desire to happen or need to happen.  Those three players' wants are not reality, those are chance.  Reality is the actual presentments coming out of the shoe.

Things quickly change in the game of baccarat.  Although there are no rules or restrictions to the time frame a player has to stay in the game, it is entirely up to each of us.  But there is the infliction of emotions, the ability to lose focus, the loss of the proper frame of mind and most ignored influences few of us have the ability to totally ignore or not get sucked into.

I have said, wrote and talked about playing conditions.  What the shoe is actually presenting.  The presentments, the Sections & Turning Points, etc., etc.  That does not necessarily translate to the strict adherence to trends and patterns as the basis for your wagers, the allocation of your buy in or bank roll in relation to your wagers, the decision to use negative progressions to recoup previous lost wagers, etc.

You need to understand and be conscious of what can happen, good or bad, win or lose, barely breaking even, gradual decline, or a great section to pump up the wagering and really win a great deal of money.  It is always with the current session, which is the determining factor as to what will happen or what can happen or what opportunity you take advantage of or decline to participate in.

There are basically only three modes of playing baccarat.  1)  The mode is really good or great and you are in that classical winning streak.  2)  An even mode, back and forth, losing and winning but just balancing out every few wagers or sections of the shoe.  3)  The mode is just plain bad, you buy in and/or your bankroll is on the quick and steady decline.  You have to define where you are at and what the current situation is and how your wagers are being met by the presentments of the shoe you are engaged with.   But the problem most of us encounter is when in mode #1, they will lose sight of the most true and conscious frame of mind and convince themselves that their very instant win will only get larger, stronger and not end.  When in mode #2, they will be convinced it will end and they will get into Mode #1 within short order and nothing else.  When in mode #3, most players will believe that negative progressions offer them additional chances to recoup losses or extend their wagering opportunities among other negative and not very bright outcomes and other wagering tendencies to turn around their immediate losses.

Is it educated guessing?  Is it reading randomness?  Is it as easy as playing along with the shoe in some kind of rhythm and synch to the presentments?  One thing for sure, there are phases and those phases change, plain and simple.  It is up to you in order to recognize them and put those into the opportunity department for yourself.  So, whatever you want to classify it as but it is clearly not prediction.  That cannot accurately be accomplished within the game of baccarat.  But you certainly can recognize what is happening and where you stand with the wagering you have already decided upon.  Awareness, Recognition and Discipline are huge positive helpers in this game and prediction has no part of any solid wagering results that would be positive and in your favor with any certainty.

Avoid at all costs.  You must avoid the personality and mismatched belief's at all cost.  Whether those are from yourself or you are following another player doing just that.  DO not fall prey to getting sucked in and making it personal as it does become too often at the baccarat table.  One thing in baccarat, no-one can change the outcome of the hands forthcoming.  Only thing is, that you can get side tracked and not play with a clear mind and the proper concentration because you are attempting to make a point or be egotistic, etc.

Insight is both tangible as well as non-tangible.  Or, should we say definable as well as not even known?

  • The first sentence of a paragraph should give an idea of the content.  The last sentence should give the conclusion or summary and clue as to next paragraph.  So you're a good writer.  This allows me to NOT read everything but just read the firsr sentence and then decide to skip to the nexxt or not.  Thanks.

Allow suggestion?  A picture is worth a thousand words!  In your case maybe 5000 words?   :-)  How about this?

Pick a shoe (or two) at random and give a play by play explanation as to what and why the next play or move is according to your 'Sections & Turning Points.'

  • Last night.  Here is a continuation of Sections & Turning Points.

    13285-0

    13287-1

    13289-2

The first shoe.  The Bead Plate.  Stop concentrating on the Big Road, worthless to me and the real player, IMO.  But the Bead Plate is truly the more accurate picture.  When it gets strong, follow it.  Here are some real life, last night examples i was able to shot some pictures of.

The 6th line was GREAT for the Player wagered bets.  My buddy took the casino for well over $40,000.00 on this one shoe and one Bead Plate line.  He wagered 9 times on the line and won a total of 8 times on that line wagering Player.

As well, the first line was pretty damn good for the Banker.  Only three times the Player won out of 13 possibilities!  WOW, not bad huh?

The 11th and 12th line downwards, were classics, 1 Banker followed by 5 Players, then right next to that on the 12th line, 1 Player followed by 5 Bankers, reversed.  Almost everyone followed this and won great wagers with those hands.

Problem is, most then go off and speculate on the Big Road and get sucked in trying match something or following people saying here such and such is going to do so and so.

    13293-3

The second shoe was smoking HOT!  Players @ the end and a few of us cleaned house on those.  Almost no one followed, believed or wagered on anything except the Banker Side at that point in the shoe with their explanation of equaling out and Banker being strong for numerous reasons of pure fallacy that 20 plus people got sucked into.

    13295-4

I could not snap a third picture of the second shoe pictures as the room was super nosiy and a few of us were winning like crazy and the Casino GM stepped in.  Then when he left the room, the shoe was shuffled and changed the board already up on the wall.  But I did manage to snap two pictures, once after the first 5 Players hands and then again after the one Banker and the Players side started it's matching plus 1 extra going down.  I edited the picture and circled the sections I will discuss briefly.

Hand 36 was the 4 Bankers, Hands 36-39, then Hands 40-44 was the matching 4 Players.  Perfect positioning, IMO.  Half Way, perfect!  Love that.  Classic, IMO.

Then Hand 62, Players side started to prevail strong.  Hands 62-66 (Hand 67 a tie) then Hand 68 a single Banker came out.  Then once again, Hand 69-74, Players made 6 straight, one extra than just before the Banker came out.  Hand 75 was another tie and cut, classic.  The Hand 76 was another single Banker.  Then a couple ties and a couple more Players to finish the shoe.  And almost everyone was pushing in large sums of money on the call, "Banker will catch up, Banker will come back, Banker will do this or that, etc."

The 11th and the 12th lines downwards all Players with the exception of the 1 single Banker win.

5th Line down only 2 Bankers all the way across!  GREAT LINE for the Player wagers.  Problem being, almost no one I see (with the exception of few people) can play both sides or even the Players side these days.  Everyone is so stuck on Banker and all the belief that Banker is stronger than the Player and Banker wins more and all that rubbish.

  • As well, another example, are the Lines #1, #4, and #6.

Across, I circled them on the revisited picture I took last night for you guys.

No matter where the shoe is at on the Big Road, which almost every single time confuses the people playing, the Bead Plate prevails a much higher percentage of outcomes, than trying to match up the Big Road with 3 and 3 or chops or doubles or anything else.  When the Bead Plate is strong, especially with 2 or more things to give you 'checks and balances' or should we say 'doubling sourcing', it outweighs almost everything else in baccarat.

    13303-0

NOTE:  If you are comparing the Big Road and the Bead Plate, be advised that the Big Road (the main section) already shifted a few time towards the left and you are missing the first 5 hands of the shoe now when I snapped that picture, 1st hand was a Banker, 2nd, 3rd and 4th hands were Players, 5th hand was another single Banker, then the Big Road is accurate as my picture was snapped then.  The Bead Plate shows you everything of course.

  • Thanks Al!

    as.

    You are welcome.

I hope some others are reading it and applying it in some way.

There is so much more to the game of baccarat other than 1's and 2's and the chop, losing and grinding back and then flustered trying to win.  That is all I see people concentrating on these days for the most part anyways.

  • The Tangible/Intangible. POINT, that you define to make a decision, which you will wager on.  Vitally important and you need to always remember and be extremely conscious of that very thing.

The same as diagnosing a part from a vehicle as working good or defective.  The same as deciding what ingredient will be used within a recipe you are cooking,

Outcome.  Tangible outcome realized, based on factors that are intangible as well.  That is the problem you have to account for at times.  But it can be done with extensive consciousness and clear thinking, difficult but still possible.

Focusing on what is happening and working without the influence of your desires, greed and any outside factors changing your rationale and/or experience you are applying.  Again, not easy but still possible.

Important psych point.  A continuous decision making process to keep making decisions, that the outcome is variable.  That is extremely tough to program yourself to do, never mind trying to understand the process of making those decisions.

You do something, make a mistake and learn.  That is life.  But baccarat is not as easy as that.  What works right now, will not work later, same shoe or another shoe.  Then again, it might??  Maybe.

The longer anything lasts in baccarat, the less chance it has of continuing.  But, I still and do not buy into the theory of the continual alternating chop theory.  Things stick and things do not without any type of mechanical way to figure out when it will or when it will not.

Hence, Sections & Turning Points, I have written about.
