You know seriously, rather than write a system or a book and make all the standard claims that my system will allow you to become a millionaire, win all kinds of money, consistently win, take the casino down, get revenge on the casinos, etc., etc., and all the claims and statements that are standard protocol of the authors of such things---I would do the following which I believe is the professional and best way to sell a 'real' system or claim to make money:

1)  Hire a CPA firm to audit the results and claims, they would make professional, certified and detailed analysis of my system from an unbiased 3rd party professional research with actual proof of results;

2)  Obtain my official 'Win/Loss' statements from all the casinos I played at and won all the money I claimed in my book or system documents and publish same;

3)  Have pictures of my buy-ins, chips, and cash outs, publishing the hard-core proof with both pictures and video links and references.


I would do that rather than concentrate on all the defensive come-backs each author of systems has ready such as:

1)  You played too long, sorry you messed up;

2)  You played my fool-proof winning system the wrong way;

3)  You misinterpreted my instructions and info, again--sorry;

4)  You are not telling the truth, be honest you really won but just won't admit it;

5)  You are jealous of me and what I discovered and you are making up everything you say.

Those are the answers I seen given to people that purchased such books and systems, when they contact the authors afterwards.

you fake disgruntled buyer.  you won all the millions and still want the return of your $ 39.95 USD . can you fall lower than ask for a refund for a system valued in millions of dollars like mine? what a world we live in now......

O, Frick me man!  I am coughing and hacking with a cold I caught over the weekend.  And, as I read your post I just took the 30ML  Day Quil and now it is all over my desk, orange everywhere!

That reminded me of this guy that I used to play bac with in Atlantic City and up @ Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun.  He was a really large player.  Every time we ate together, if it was not comp'd @ the casino, say we went off property and we ate, he would finished almost all his food and then yell and scream for the manager to come over.  He would claim he bit into a piece of plastic and act like he was choking and coughing, every time the meal was no charge.  Every single time it worked.  We get out of the restaurant and he was like, 'why pay for it'?

Ask yourself why would anyone sell you a system to make money if it was a certainty? It is like finding a goldmine and then giving the location to everyone else to mine the gold.

Gambling systems are often promoted as business opportunities or investments. Often they promote a system to reap money from horse racing, lottery syndicates or share investment systems. Professional people, retirees and others with funds to invest are often targeted.

More often than not the word gambling does not appear in the glossy brochures and promotional material. The promoters go to great lengths to portray the systems as legitimate business opportunities, even recruiting well-known personalities to help sell the systems.

The promotional material promises huge returns, supposedly based on past results. But these so-called results are worthless because they are manipulated to prove a particular outcome.

In fact, these are high-risk schemes.

Ask yourself how a computer can make accurate predictions on horse races based on weather conditions, the barrier draw, and the state of the horse and jockey? How can a computer predict what numbers will be drawn in games of chance like lotto? Past results cannot assist in predicting these variables. How can a computer predict what shares will go up and down when their performance is based on various economic factors?

Why would anyone sell you a system to make money?

Consumers who have purchased these systems have often discovered that:

The systems do not work;
The money back guarantee is not honoured;
Requests for refunds are rejected because of clauses in the contract that the consumer was not aware of or did not fully understand;
The consumer is blamed for not correctly following the criteria to use the system.

Telemarketing, in the form of cold calling, can be used to promote scams. To attract and hold the victim's curiosity, some scammers will pretend to be investment advisers, stockbrokers or community workers from a religious organization.

The calls often come from overseas and offer you above-average returns on your money. They sometimes make an appointment for a "senior advisor" to ring you back. They generally offer share, mortgage or real estate "investments", "high return" schemes, option trading or foreign currency trading.

The scammers are persistent and play on your emotions, making you feel like a fool if you say "no" to them.

Some scammers target people with specific religious or community interests, enticing them with promises to send profits to charity or worthy causes."
