In all of my years of playing I have came to the conclusion a few years back that, no amount will recover and make you whole and start your winning if you are on a losing streak.  I am not talking about a roller coaster of wins and loses, I am not talking about you are pushing and waiting for your chance, I am talking about pretty much straight and ugly losing.  It happens and happens all the time. 

Face it, many of you will not admit it or even think it, there are other factors unknown and that you cannot control that will ultimately determine if you win at baccarat.  This is not poker.  There are times you cannot win and will not, no matter what.  The smartest players recognize it and walk away and come back another day.  Others, many---will just keep changing money and keep trying.  Credit cards, reserve money, borrow, whatever, they get milked 100%. 

The sad part, is for people that do this all the time, the few times they do recover, they lost so much so many times by their continued buy-in's that it doesn't even make sense. 

I am not talking about the wins and losses from a buy-in, I am talking about the continued buy-in's once the initial BR is lost.  Losing time is losing time, no matter what. 

And BTW--I am not talking at all about, you go to the casino with $900 and you split your buy in into 3 times, twice more if you lose the first.  I am talking about losing your true buy-in and then believing you can re-coup it all and even win for the session.  The monies you continually buy-in with after you have lost that 'bankroll'. 

Someone pointed out to me the other day when we were discussing this, as to how the player once losing, and when he keeps buying in, his wagers are more risker and usually larger amounts.  He normally becomes more aggressive and reckless as well.  I would have to believe those sentiments from everything I have observed.  Might not be 100% but I would put the majority and the highest majority of the players at risk for doing just those things.

I am referring to the realistic players, not the whales.  From a few dollars, say $500 up to say $100k, even $200k of front money or bankroll.  I am not talking about tens of millions, and the same disaster happens to those players as well.  But for sake of argument, I am excluding them from my thoughts here as 'does not apply'.

If you seriously think high stakes gambling can provide you a living better than working and having a substantial company you own, you better get off those drugs or alcohol or fantasy you are tripping on.  Doesn't exist. Doesn't happen that way.

Personally I put in a mandatory 78 hours a week, 13 a day, 6 days a week.  That does not even include emergency after hours and our larger job and responses.  I can easily put in 100 plus a week.  I partner in the business I am in currently.  My previous 13 years in a related business took more time by far then this one does.  An owner's job is never done, of course if you don't care or have so many people working for you and you have zero problems, you might get the hours down.  Unfortunately with the transportation related businesses I am in, there is an extreme shortage of qualified and knoweldabgle people available.  There is too much labor and physical work for the younger kids to get involved in my industry these days.  The older guys name their prices and work less hours.  It's a catch 22. 

But as far as the hours, I seen them in the NYC/NJ restaurant business trade as well as other businesses I have owned or been involved with.

As far as car and house notes, my idea of success and comfort is having none.  I don't want them and I won't have them.  I have a 2006 and a 2009 cars that are paid off, no notes.  My wife has a 2013 because we won the extra cash playing one day in Vegas.  I will not entertain notes. 

With that out of the way, I never said nobody does not win at baccarat.  Plenty do, most do in fact.  The real problem is they give it all back and then go in the hole and get wiped out because they win in the first place.  Most everyone cannot comprehend and understand how easy it is to lose at the game or become overwhelmed with it and lose sight of what is realistic and how to hold your winnings.  The old saying comes into play, I can do more, more, more and bigger, bigger, bigger.

Most do not have any idea what a plateau is or how to recognize theirs and stick to it.

Having said that - What is "Dark Wizard theory"?  This is from a Batman movie, right?  I have never seen a Batman movie so I don't know.  Second question - how do you have any idea of what most of the 100's (?) of people here believe in?

I wasn't planning on bringing my little boy to Vegas this time, but he does love it!!!  He is always asking me about returning to see and pet the dolphins at the Secret Garden at the Mirage or the aquarium at M-Bay or the Dune Buggies or the whole host of other kid stuff I always bring him to.  But, if you really want to know all about batman, transformers, star wars and all that stuff, he KNOWS IT ALL! He will mumble and bumble, most you can understand and some you can't, but I know you will chuckle and laugh your rear end off with his knowledge and dedication and FULL BELIEF IN all that stuff!  For you, I will bring him, LOL!

BTW! There are so many people on here talking and citing how easy it is or at least giving that impression to win and hold the winnings. It is entirely possible to win especially at baccarat. But holding it and using it for other purposes and knowing your plateaus and what they mean and how they really do reflect your possible levels of win, is a total different story. 

I talk to many gamblers and have been very active in the gambling world for a very long time.  The one area so many people (most not all) have no clue about and completely neglect, is the ability to recognize the items I have brought up lately. 

Most of them are not glamorous or fun to think about or deal with, but if you do---you probably won't hurt yourself when you do win.

I did some reading briefly on the "Dark Side" as 21 Aces has so often mentioned.  There are lots of reference to sexual activity that is pretty deep into, .....well......let's just say...."Way Out There"!

In all seriousness, good way of thinking.  IMO and IMO only, you will probably not be able to do it until you go broke numerous times and realize what the power of winning is, winning gets cloudy and blurred immensely as your denominations go up.  I hope you and anyone else adheres to win and quit, just in  the real world of gambling, it does not generally (GENERALLY) work that way.

And the kicker here, is if you really read what I posted in relation to this, that is what I have been preaching!!!!  But hell, let's keep talking about the dark side, dogs and cats on skateboards, armies, girls with fake implants and all the other butt-crack stuff you have been posting pictures of.
