The subject of the Casino setting up the shoe and manipulating the outcome.
It simply does not happen. Great conversation from both the naysayers and the drama queens/kings though!
I have said it before, just go get 8 decks of cards and shuffle them. Then go ahead and spread them out and set them up anyway you like.
Whichever way you want, does not matter. Both sides to present natural 8 or 9s at a certain time, together or separately. Consecutive wins by one point or consecutive reductions on one side to lose every time by 1 point. Set it up as a long stretch of alternating chops or doubles or whatever, just set up the deck, mark down every single hand as to what you set it up as, etc.
Write it all down. Yes, it is time consuming but no more so than running thousands of shoes as a test and deciphering it all, absolutely no more time consuming than that!
Then go ahead and cut the deck, burn a card and the required amount thereafter, the exact same as casinos do.
Then deal and keep track of the shoe and compare that to the original set up you wrote down when you set it up, the way you believe casinos can do.
That should answer your question that is cited on so many forums, repeatedly. Do this test over and over and you will discover the real--factual answer to the question and insinuated accusation so many times! Which is, do casinos set up or manipulate the baccarat shoes?
I know the answer as I have done this over and over and over again. I have set up this test countless times and it proved there is not way to do what so many people continuously post of forums accusing or insinuating that casinos do it or have the ability to do it.
Bottom line is, even if they could, the random cut of the deck and the burn card and unknown number of burned cards each time, will totally throw off the remainder of the so-called set up manipulated shoe.
Agree.
Casinos do not need to manipulate shoes at bac.
Differently to bj where 10s could be dispersed proportionally along the shoe, at baccarat there are no winning or losing shoes at the start.
Moreover one could easily no bet a dime.
