The following statement is what is being put out there on some other forums.  Personally, it is so far from the real truth, reality and actual play, it really is sad and just plain confusing to lots of new comers and inexperienced people to the game.

Statement #1:

"Regarding the shuffle machine. The reason given by the casinos when they introduced shuffle machines was to decrease the time it takes to shuffle cards. That is still their motto. In reality, it's about their profits and nothing else. The less time the casino wastes on shuffling, the more they keep you playing a negative expectation game, the more money they make. They took the auto shuffling a step further. The shuffle master doesn't shuffle at all. It arranges the cards in an "anti-trending" order. Most people are looking to bet on trends ("the trend is your friend" right? WRONG- That's BULLS***). The casino knows this, so when they order the cards from the card manufacturer, they request "anti-trending sequences". For the touch games the cards are discarded after use. But for the no touch games, the cards are reused. This is where the shuffle master comes in. After first use the dealer puts the cards in the shuffle master and they get "PREARRANGED" (not shuffled) for the next shoe."

There is no such thing!  No proof, no letters of fact from governmental or even private officials, nothing.  Pure speculation with zero proof and absurdity mixed in.

The next statement is another attention getter and theorist either believing hogwash or just plain setting forth something to stir things up.

Statement #2:

"It seems like Baccarat card shufflers and shoe system are designed to target certain ethnic group especially Asians because casinos know Asians love Baccarat. I played and observed the game. I truly believe Baccarat is fixed 100%."

The next statement is from an X-member here on BetSelection now on another board acting as a long time advantaged player with decades of experience.  Without reading many of his posts, he is attempting to set people straight and although he is correct without detailed explanation he attempts to at least get people to think.

Statement #3:

"Anyone can acquire 8 decks and test. With a thorough shuffle process, you'll start dealing the same exact type outcomes you'll see anywhere. Then you will start to see it's a fair process."

I have in the past inquired of various state gaming boards, the New Jersey Casino Control Commission as well as the Nevada Gaming Board, etc.  Both of them have discussed as well as put in writing their strict rules and compliance regarding shuffling and pre-shuffled decks of cards.  They are strict and have a whole series of checklists and compliance rules and regulations with severe penalties regarding this area for any violation and non-compliance.

There is no way a casino would attempt to set up a deck of card, whether pre shuffled or from a automatic shuffler.  First of all, there is no real agenda of what all players are will wager on, whether that is trends or anti trends, with or against, a single small section or a continuous flow, etc., etc., etc.

Talk is cheap, real cheap!  IMO, everyone saying and putting this stuff out there is doing it either to spike some conversation with 'Saturday Night Live' TV type of humor or just desiring to stir up some reactions and get people to believe pure garbage the same as making and posting some fake news on YouTube that spinsters do for some strange reasons.

If you are at all serious about gambling and casino games, all you have to do is buy 8 decks of cards and shuffle them up.  Deal yourself until you realize what a shoe can and cannot do.  First of all, no matter what you set up, once you cut that deck, remove one card and burn a few more cards, the entire shoe cannot produce what was set up.  There is no way.

Buy some different colored decks as well.  Set those up anyway you desire, mix those in with the rest of the decks in a preset order.  You will see, that order cannot be held to its preset schedule because there will always be a undefined order of cards being deployed before that section comes up for presentment.  Just adding or removing a card, one to a few, just prior to the deployment of that preset section, will change the entire section.  And with an unknown cut and move of that preset section, with an unknown amount of cards being removed with a burn card, everything is affected after that point.

With several hours of doing this, you will realize what I just laid out.  And it sure won't cost you much, you can do it for around $8.00 or so buying some cards at the dollar store or somewhere inexpensive.

Do it.  Seriously it is time for reality and learning, rather than spreading false rumors and misleading statements.  Are we here to raise and ruffle feathers?  Or are we hear to learn and spread factual knowledge and experience with other members?

The only game a casino can pre-arrange a shoe so that the casino wins is Blackjack, but only if there is only one customer playing by himself.

All the casino has to do is arrange the shuffle so that the dealer usually gets a 10 up card and the customer usually gets a stiff of 13, 14 15 or 16 most of the time and draws a bust card.....or the casino can set the shuffle so that the dealer gets a 19 or 20 most of the time.

But if another customer sits down at the table, then  obviously the pre-arranged shoe becomes useless since the new customer ( or customers ) will destroy the sequence of the  pre-arranged  cards in the shoe.

And has been said before , no large casino will take a chance doing this since they have the advantage in every game anyway...so why risk a very large fine or loss of the gambling license ?

Also, casinos now mostly pay 6 to 5 on a customer blackjack instead of 3 to 2, and of course the unintelligent customers still play the game.

Also, a large casino in Vegas now has a thrird "green" number 000  on the roulette board in addition to the 0  and the 00...which increases the casino advantge to around 8% ....which is the same as a slot machine.....and of course customers will still play the game.......so why should the casino cheat ?

I only bring this up for the 'hope' to induce some serious gaming/gambling discussion on our message board/forum here at BetSelection.

Not to demean or humiliate other members here or elsewhere.  From the bottom of my heart, seriously.

I was emailed and PM'd a few messages that led me to those copy & pastes in the first post here in this thread.

The amount of fake news, gossip type of news, invented theories that will only hurt a real player, accusations and assumption that B&M casinos really do outright cheat in violations of criminal and civil law, etc., etc., etc., are overwhelming on the internet.  I can only assume it makes hot copy, good drama, something to say 'I told you so', etc.

But it is really the complete opposite and only hurts a serious player of any bankroll type.  I want a serious board here and not a board full of challenges of fake and made up news and gaming innuendos that for the most part are in direct conflict with reality.   Sure we can joke around, tell stories, share experiences, do off-topic subjects in there correct places/rooms and all that.

Use BetSelection as your base, as your home, as your connection to real fellow gaming players worldwide.  But let's leave the rubbish, the complete assumptions and unfounded drama that is in real opposite facts to the other forums and boards.

Analysis of Casino Shelf Shuffling Machines by Stanford University.

Decide for yourself.

If any of you have any insight to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission or the Nevada Gaming Commission, you would understand the huge downside to a casino doing anything whatsoever to the millionth power that would even be considered 'cheating' or 'stacking the odds by mechanical methods' in the favor of the casino.  But hey, it makes for great talk and gossip how a machine is their cheating device.

And most casinos I know from several years ago, implemented the '2 times run through' for new decks of cards.  And that explanation is contained within the attached also.
