Atlantis - Thanks for the illustration. I got the same result as well..-2...

This is one of the toughest shoe with this method, and going down with a cpl of units is not bad..

Hi,

For clarification I wish BEAT-THE-WHEEL would come back on...
As BigEZ reports he has now deleted his example from this thread (WHY, I wonder??) and not as yet answered my request for confirmation on my example.

Basically method is same as Sputnik's second march detailed earlier with the modifications I showed in my last 2 examples
(follow the chop after a complete fully formed single series until loss then stop + bet against "series of one" ONE TIME ONLY if last two complete series were 2 and 3 in any order)

I commence play when I have 2 complete formed different series

series 1 = single
series 2 = streak of 2
series 3 = 3 or more streak

example1
-----------
r
r
b
b
b
r - bet here against it being a series of 1
r - w+1  STOP

example 2
------------
r
r
b
r - last 2 series were 1 and 2 so bet here for chop to continue ie. against series 3
b - w+1
r - w+1
r - L-1  STOP
b
r - last 2 series were 1 and 2 so bet against series of 3
b - w+1
b - L-1 STOP
r
r
r
b - last 2 series were 3 and 2 so bet against series of 1
b - w+1 STOP

A.

PS. Forgot to say after a STOP I wait for next SERIES to completely form before making decision by looking at last 2 complete series!

PPS. When I say "last 2 series" I mean the last 2 different complete series recorded in the history... You may have to go further back than the actual last 2 series (if they are the same) to get the 2 different series required.
For instance even if the last 5 series were 2-2-2-2-3 then the "last 2 series" are 2 and 3 so you look to bet AGAINST series 1 forming...

Hi tomla,

It was two different examples I was showing there tomla - they were separate session unconnected "snippets"!
(I've now made that clear in the post)
But if they had been consecutive results then you are right the last 2 series would have been 3-3 - so you would need to go further back to get an earlier different series, which in that case would have been series 2; so you would arrive at 3-2.

Hi plolp,

Yes- I have played that way also with success. But out of the two ways which of them is the right one? - and does it matter anyway?
We need beat-the-wheel to come on and give his view. Also I would value Sputnik opinion on the correct way.
My feeling is that the way I interpreted it from beat-the-wheel's now deleted example IS the right one. (The example he deleted in reply#129) I took care and spent time over that when I made the example in my reply#134 on page 9. But we'll only know for sure when he himself verifies it as being correct.

Thanks,
A.

Atlantis - What kind of MM you follow?. Flat betting or progression. If progression then what is your line?

Hi roulettefan,

Yes - that is the one. Thanks for reposting it. That does clear it up and answer my question then. :)
I checked it again and I am right. My example DOES adhere to same rules and match beat-the-wheel's way and does not include the extra betting that plolp showed/did...
The question remains as to why B-T-W deleted it - and at the moment we can only speculate.... ;)

Regards,
A.
