online baccarat

hi everyone.
i've played with online live baccarat , the ones that have a live feed which shows a real person dealer and the cards and tables. plus they have a cell phones which they gave out the cell numbers  for you to call to prove that it is real time and not recording.
what are your thoughts on this? is it better than goin to a real casino?
advantages or dis advantages?
