  • Greenguy makes some great points (and I also like TheCaviarKid's post). The real issue here (which albalaha has done his best to distract from) is the one I addressed in the "hinting" thread. The point of rule 7, for violation of which the disciplinary action against him was taken, is that those members who have a history of repeated spamming, system selling, and bragging, should "put up or shut up".

There is no doubt that albalaha is such a person. He was removed from vlsroulette.com and rouletteforum.cc for failing to "put up or shut up" after repeated requests to do so. Furthermore, it has recently come to my attention that the scope and duration of his system selling activities are far greater than even I had realised. A member (who will remain anonymous) has documentary evidence, including paypal receipts, that albalaha has sold systems for thousands of dollars, and which turned out to be worthless.

    This member said:

    Quote
"He had a graph on his website where the line went constantly up, and it was over 3 million spins."

    Sound famililiar?

What no-one seems to have picked up on is that the graphs on the thread which albalaha linked to are classic cases of "how to lie with statistics". The impression given by the graphs is that the system wins over 3 million, or 1 million spins, but this is misleading, to say the least.

In fact, the actual number of placed bets over the x million spins is far less. As someone pointed out in the thread, there are intervals in the graph where a bet was not placed for over 1000 spins! And in fact, Ophis acknowledges that he has no idea of the number of placed bets made; it could be as little as 5 thousand.

So much for mathematically beating roulette.

If albalaha is no longer selling systems, as he has claimed, then why did he have written under his avatar "I have done it, now your turn"? (incidentally, it is no longer there because Victor asked him to remove it). But he still has the email "earnsumit@gmail.com". These facts, taken together with his constant bragging about having "mathematically" beaten the game, and endless dismissive, negative, and belittling posts directed at other members, are, it seems to me, suggestive that he is still in business.

Make up your own minds. But I would urge anyone thinking of contacting him to be extrememly cautious. Judging from past results, you are very unlikely to "earn" with Sumit.

IMO he should go. He's been a thorn in the side of this forum for years. One mod's comment on hearing that he was muted was "Christmas has come early!"; I think many members would echo that sentiment.

It has indeed occurred to me that there may be something more to why he has remained in the forum for so long. But to be fair to Victor, he doesn't like to ban members, period. He's always willing to give them another chance. But for a forum which has historically relied heavily on donations... Well, read between the lines.

One more thing, I have to respond to this outrageous slur:

    Quote
Our learned global moderator Bayes has been an ex-commander(moderator) of such scammer, pampering his known scams.

As I've pointed out to you more than once before (but you keep banging the same drum, because you have nothing else, presumably you think attack is the best form of defense), I left rouletteforum.cc shortly after Victor sold it to Steve, precisely because I did not want to "pamper" a known scammer. Check the date of my last posting there.

    Happy Christmas!

Math is great like that, once it's been proven that no method exists to do what you claim, it's not necessary to go through the details of your system to prove that it doesn't work. You claim that it does something which can be proven impossible, therefore, your claim is false. The details don't matter.

  • @Bayes,
If you are so much a person of self respect, after deleting your account here (it is worth noting that he never cared to delete his account with the jailbird scammer sites where he gladly served as an obedient employee and never dared to ask the owner regarding his jail experiences for spamming masses) why did you came back here as Slacker first and then Bayes later?
You are only good in telling people that they can't win, that is what all your education and experiences got you. I haven't seen you ever dare to put any feasible way to play. If you think that by copy-paste from wikipedia and other books of authors you are serving great here, you are only fooling yourself. Your limited knowledge can make  you behave like this and it will take your entire life to do any of the feats that I have put up openly in a public forum.
I wasn't banned from either vlsroulette or rouletteforum.cc for not putting up. If you have a weak memory, ask and confirm from any old member of rf.cc  or rather Victor that I was voted to stay by members and the jailbird(your ex-boss) ignored that since he bought the forum and I had, in my section a clear warning against his scams. He could not bear such insult, as you are jumping up and down at listening the truth and removed my account. Once again, Victor re-instated my account but Steve took it as personal attack and deleted my account again.

  • @Bayes,
why did you came back here as Slacker first and then Bayes later?  That is no biggie surely
You are only good in telling people that they can't win, that is what all your education and experiences got you. I haven't seen you ever dare to put any feasible way to play.
Albalaha having read your posts for a very long time, both here and on your forum, you should think hard about those comments above.  You are forever knocking  lot of things posted here, yet only you "have done it" whatever that means.

Also, having read your posts, you really don't reveal or post anything, the latest and perfect example would be the "Ophis" link you recently posted, the one with many positive graphs.  I hadn't seen that before, so had a read, I wasn't surprised to find NO DETAIL, No explanation, nothing, zilch how or what it actually is.

I must admit while your sharing and attention to providing any detail is basically non-existent (this includes your own web-site, yes I was a member some time back), I didn't know you were a seller, I find this disturbing to say the least, because in reality you haven't "done it", unless "it" refers to something unsavoury and non-gambling related...

  • Hmmm. A newbie member getting so much biased and vocal, all of a sudden!!!!! Is it a "system" of Bayes or merely a coincidence?
You said you were member at my blog too but I can't recognize you at least with your this username. Bayes' logic feels my email id to be offensive too. What a place!!!!!!!

  • GENTLEMEN!
In the last two years, I always email Albalaha,
    and ask lots of questions.
And I learned much of my betting knowledge from him.

     And fyi,
Albalaha NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER, ask for a single cent!
Or try to sell me anything!
You guy may accuse me as a cohort, but I telling the truth.
Albalaha asks not a single cent!

If u are sincere&trustworthy, he may tell you the finer point, with his hard knocking ,unique style of teaching...and you need to learn to build your own grail yourself...for he will not sell grail to anyone, for why should he?

  • Why do you always have to have this kind of stuff on these forums? And they are always the same names involved. Moreover, why a survey with 40% acceptance to go? anybody who truly wants to go will pack in no time when you do not like the place.

I managed to see a post in the software forum titled like "Please delete my accounts from all forums" where albalaha said he did not want to continue in forums where there is no difference between a contributor and an irritator for moderators in the forum.

I disagree profoundly . Yes there is a difference. I myself have criticized the moderators but not so with an openly mocking tone. That is irritating. even if you are right in the argument.

You can be expelled from any political meeting rightly if you start telling the truths screaming like crazy and resorting to insults and mocks.

Too bad I did not save the message where albalaha resigned. It is now deleted but any moderator from the other forum can confirm. Now what is important is to know if it was albalaha who erased the message because he regretted his resignation or was it one of the moderators to prevent further disruptions going from here to the new forum. Although I guess that it is inevitable because they are the same people posting.

At the beginning of this thread I was glad to see that there was progress in improving the differences with moderators but now with every new post from albalaha in this thread I see it as another knot in the noose around his neck. Since he is now attacking the moderators and has already asked that his forum account be removed. I think we must not be a psychic to guess the next logical step in the chain.
say things directly to show respect for other people's time. Walter.

  • @ Wannawin,
You are right about my topic in betsoftware.cc. When I was wrongly muted by Bayes, Victor came to resolve the dispute and unmuted me. Later another crew member started singing Bayes songs and started to justify his deeds. I resisted to this and another  bigger misuse of moderation rights came. I wrote Victor again to either point out my fault or to delete my account from all his forums. He deleted my topic from betsoftware.cc and restored my rights so that I can atleast clarify my position. In legal language I appealed to higher court if court below erred. I strongly object to Bayes questioning my email. Who is he to decide my email? He has acted ultra vires.
You may think that you are being allowed to write here, is a privilege to you. So you may live off their mercy and mood but I feel that I have contributed much more to the forums than any of the global moderators and always had the finest debates on Victor's forums, the most read and most debated ones. So either let me live peacefully and with respect or if it is hard to digest the truth and appeasement of moderators are essential, delete my account.
I opted a voting too, so that even I get to know if members want me to stay or to quit. I know my posts are giving burning to many members at wrong spots but I do not care about them either. Laws are the weapons of the administration to control bad things. If executors themselves go criminals, they are not immune either. Global Moderators are not Godsend angels here. They are just one among us. If a regular member can do a blunder, a moderator too can. If a moderator starts considering him a demi god or immune of everything, it is duty of the administrator to ensure that correct person be assigned such duties.

Now, this is as bad a joke specially from a man claiming to be an expert of maths. If total number of placed bets in over 10 million spins could be as little as 5,000, how a win of about 105,000 came barely in 3 million spins? What could be the base bet of such bets and what kind of progression could bring a win of 105k in only 1-2k bets placed in 3 million spins(if over 10 million spins could have as less as 5000 bets placed). If I say, bet with 100 units to get such wins, why there has not been drawdowns in hundreds of thousands as well?
Where did Ophis said this revelation to Bayes? In his ears or in his dreams?
Bayes, you seriously need psychiatric help. Victor, give him some rest.

  • Funniest thing is, this forum hosts advertisements/links of a scammer since very beginning and talking of system selling, hinting or bragging looks like out of context. Before making such rules, think over what this forum is doing itself.
Do admin and global moderators get a share from Steve's Sales links or a fixed salary to pamper his scam? The way they defend it on one pretext or other raises this question.
