Title: 2 out of 3 System
Post by: Buffalowizard on December 19, 2012, 09:53:54 PM
Hello everyone,

Thought I'd bring this over here as it is still holding up nicely. Here are the rules and as ever, all questions, testing and criticisms are most welcome!

First I will highlight with numbers.

Our trigger to bet is when any two consecutive spins have 2 and only 2 matching EC. Doesn't matter which EC

So:

Wait for any spin to occur

29   or in other words Black, High, Odd or in other words BHO

20   Ah ha! A trigger because 29 and 20 have 2 matching ECs, the High and the Black.

Here is another example:

14 RLE

12  This is not a trigger because they have 3 matching ECs

30  This is a trigger because they have RED and EVEN

I hope you understand the trigger.

Now the bet is to attack the two opposite EC than the two trigger ECs.

Confused?

Here's an example using the above numbers

12

30  Trigger. Now bet BLACK and ODD

That is it!!

Use mild progression if you please or short marty 1,2,4 or try flat bet.

Thanks for bringing it here mate!

That's 2 out of 3 easy EC 8)

A "double-advantage" one as Sam would put it.

I enjoyed testing your great concept on the "other" forum Bwiz.

Glad you bothered to "transfer" it to this safe haven.

Will reserect the old test-sheets and give it another go,with a view to playing Live at the start of the New Year.

Question...looking back at your sessions, were you always in + at some point,or not ?

Regards.

Dino.

Hi Dino,

All but one I got to +1 and above. The other hovered at -10 before attempting a comeback but I left it in the cheap minus.
That's the beauty, you can leave it with a small loss, knowing next time you can recoup it as there isn't a huge progression to claw back.

quick test, 80 spins ended +8 flatebetting
not bad at all
do you think a small progression would help?
don't think we will see many -2 in a row here
or -2,0,0,-2,0,-2,0 or something like that?

cheap-minus....i like that !! real money speak.

Interesting debate with all this, should it be filed under H+R,continuos or both.

Good question Soggett.

Seen many 2 losers in row Bwiz ?

A few - I'm always wary of introducing progression to it for obvious reasons - only problem is, you could start after a -2, but then draw level with a couple of 0's, and then encounter another -2 etc as soggett says. It is a slow and cautious method, but by all means maybe a mild level up would be a positive tweak.

Hey Bwiz,if you have a method that Flat bets, that's good enough for me.

There was another concept by Maui 13 on the "other" forum that had a very good strike-rate on the first step of the progression that could be flat betted like your method.

There could be a future with these type of methods.

To be continued.....

I used to play this both ways at once. . However I would  use all three the same or all 3 opposite. Less bets, but did quite well at it,flat betting.

Buffalo Wizard,

Three losses in a row  and it`s time  to go or you have reached  your loss limit.. Take  a break or  look for another table .That`s why  one should plan   winning 2  out of 3  sessions.

I think with a stopp loss/ win goal of  -10/6 units this could be awesome
you see 3 losses in a row rarely, in your example even 4 in a row - a sign the session went bad, just stop and rest, return later
also what ND said, 2 out of 3 sessions
lol, 2 out of 3 system aims to win 2 out of 3 sessions ;D ;D

I agree 100% soggett. ND has it spot on. 2 out of 3 sessions to win. +6 stop win -10 or 3L in a row count as a lost session.
I will keep running with the testing to see how frequent the LLL happens
Cheers guys

maybe we can play for just 3 outcomes, W or L
so we are either +6,+2,-2 or -6
aim for 2 out of 3 wins
kind of like mini sessions?
fast games, after 3 outcomes switch table, rest, go home, whatever
what you think?

I like it. So after 3 sessions you are either +18, +14, +10, +6 or -18, -14, -10 or -6
I will incorporate it into my tests and include the mini sessions with relevant stops

What  ONE session means  in  my book is the way I have been taught by a professional gambler..

The  allocated bankroll for  this particular game  which  in this case  is the 2 out of  3 EC method is $ 600  at a  $ 5 minimum table. ( $ 200 for each session). All  the  above loss limits  as well as win goals are based on this   amount.

This   amount is  equally divided into 3  sessions. With the first  bet  of a session a SERIES begins. A series ends with the first loss.

If the first  two sessions are winners then no third session should be scheduled. Never give anything back to the casinos !!!!

Never venture UNDERCAPITALIZED into a casino. The  casino might even change the table minimum  to  a higher amount. Therefore ne  prepared for all contingencies.

For recreational purposes only. Play at your own risk.

Consider this one more seriously if you have to go All-in.

O:-)

You can also look at imbalance and aim for correction, 5+ in either direction would be safe i guess.
