In Baccarat there are many ways to try and win at the game. One way is perception, whatever that may entail. For example a gambler might bet against other gamblers, s/he might have 'a feeling' what the next result might be, he might be trying to count cards, or the order to the cards that come out of the shoe. There are just many aspects that will determine how he makes up his mind. If he wins, and leaves winning, his been lucky you could say. He will feel great and want to do it all over again no doubt.

But where is the science in this? Where is the logic. He has luck and others don't? Well of course there will be other 'lucky' people like him. But such a lucky gambler cannot explain his sense of the game, therefore how can we learn from such a gambler?

The other type of gambler has a system, but when you ask him what it is he either WILL NOT TELL YOU or CANNOT EXPLAIN IT TO YOU because it's too complex even for him to explain. Therefore it is a loose / weak strategy.

There are on the other hand a few strong strategies out there. Not many ONLY A FEW. Why is this? Because Baccarat is a tight near 50/50 game of chance, Banker or Player, like heads or tails, so though it's not rocket science to find the CORRECT answer takes time and much research. Using a strong strategy sets a gambler APART from all other gamblers, no matter that the LUCKY Gambler or the gambler using his loose system might win more than you on one night in the casino.

In the end using a strong strategy along with money management means that you have the power over the casino and have the strong emotions to laugh off the two former types of gamblers.

While a strong strategy is not absolute perfect, it will outperform any other method of play. Just like a BMW verses a Skoda. The is no comparison is my view. The BMW is not perfect and it's tweaked here and there, but the Skoda no matter how much you tweak it goes nowhere!
