This is the facts ...

You have a bet selection and one progression with a total of 92 units.

Now one table and one way is to play this method staking 2 Euro as minimum bet size ,,, that with 92 units give us a total of 184 Euro bank.
One other table and one other way is to play 4 Euro as minimum bet size ,,, that with 92 units give us a total of 368 Euro bank.
One other table and one other way is to play 10 Euro minimum bet size ,,, that with 92 units give us a total of 920 Euro bank.

Regression method

Do start with the largest bank with win target and move to smaller bank when i operate with casino money.

Increase after a loss

If i lose my smallest bank i move up one step using a larger bankroll and win back the previous loses.

Using both regression and increase

Now lest assume i use middle size bankroll and after win targets i use regression and play with smaller bank operating with casino money.
If a loss i take a bigger size bankroll to break even and start over with middle bank ,,,

.

Maybe there is better strategy's then the one i mention ,,, then feel free and welcome to elaborate about it ...
With the method above you define what win target you need and how many session you need to win to be in safe territory ...

Plain regression is as much a failure as plain progression. If we have a sizable bankroll, I will always go with progression. Regression basically goes similar to Oscar Grind. It needs clusters of wins. Opposite situation will frustrate.
Sputnik seems to be too much obsessed with Regression but very few would agree with him.

I'm going to basically tell you like it is.  Just the facts.

Your progressions are meaningless.  Focus first on getting the edge by finding a way to improve your bet selection.

Everything that you need to know about your progression is dependent on any edge that may get.

Focusing all of your attention on your progression is like focusing all of your attention on how to spend your millions before having actually found a way to make it in the first place.

To certain extent, I do agree with you, Xander. A good betselection is necessary to win too but even the best possible/logical betselection can get to its extreme bad runs. You should be able to sustain through that phase and win in less than average situation.

Xander my friend...
Do you speak of VB here by any chance?
Just piecing a jigsaw based on your replies as of late refuting all posted bet selections.

Thanks for the survey. I picked Using Both regression and Increase to my surprise is the winner right now. I do not think that neither regression alone nor blindly progress have enough merit.

Thank you.

Turner,

Bet selection may be improved by taking into account the fitness of the live wheel, the dealing proceedures, or vb methods.  Take your pick :)

Money management, gaming discipline, and progressions have absolutely no effect on the house edge.  It's simply what gambling authors sell when they suck at math.  (WAAAAY
too much time is wasted talking about them.)
