I have been reading about this book over the last few days and supposedly it's hard to get hold of and goes for around 1k-2k a pop.

Anyway...this guy is offering all the pertinent notes from the book.

He explains in a short youtube video at the bottom of the page.

cheers

p.s. And just in case anyone has a copy....I always help little old ladies across the street and I am a devout Christian....honest!!

Crikey -- did you see the import charge into (presumably) the UK?!!!

Just for a book!!

Hello esoito,

Yes! It works out at about another £30 on top of the book price + postage. (total £160)

I had never noticed the import charges myself until I had a second look the other day.

Still think it's a bargain considering what some guys are paying for the actual book itself if they can get hold of it.

The guys that have shelled out 1k-2k for a copy on the AP forums all say it was money well spent and have recouped the price of the book and then some more on top.

It seems some of the games where you can get an edge are on the various side bets you can make at certain card games. These type of bets are popping up all over the place in the UK now.

There was a recent games convention in London showcasing a lot of new games that could end up on the gaming floor.

Now one bit of info I got reading between the lines of the book review is that it is possible to transfer over some of these AP techniques to different games or at least have an idea of how to go about it.

So there could be an opportunity in the UK with all these new types of bets. Who knows?

So I consider buying the book a bit of an educated gamble.

cheers

This site discusses a few of the AP plays that you would likely find in the 'Beyond Counting' notes.

The Dragon side bet on Baccarat which gives the player a small edge in optimal conditions is an interesting article.
