This is partly a warning to members and also an opportunity for Bally6354 to respond.

A few days ago a member (I'll call him 'X') sent £500 to Bally6354 for roulette systems advertised on his web site:

http://www.roulette321.weebly.com

Apparently the price was for all 3 systems which worked together, so no one of them was sufficient on its own. System 1 was explained to X via skype, but then Bally disappeared, and X hasn't been able to contact him since.

So until such time as Bally responds, or it becomes obvious (if it isn't already) that X was the victim of a scam, on no account send any money to Bally for any systems or services.

Something similar happened to me where I was accused of scamming as I went off the radar for 2 weeks when selling some PC hardware...I was accused of all sorts but it wasn't my fault...I was in a coma after being hit by a car.  :fight:

As a community we have to give him a few days to respond but agree not to send any more money until Bally has spoken. Innocent until proven guilty as all fair communities should be.
Cheers

Bayes never convicted him; the door is open to Bally..

I had a fellow leave a part for me to fix once.  He never came back.  A woman came in months later hunting for a part some guy had left somewhere.  He had died in a motorcycle accident.......

Bally?

Morning all.
If the member Bally6354 does not contact either the buyer or this forum (through open means or direct to the admin team..........and Victor can show through records & ISP address that the member resides in the UK (or Europe) then the forum should consider passing on those details to Policing Authorities in a bid to prevent further scamming and recovery of monies paid.
*(less one third if the buyer feels he HAS received some of their original purchase)
.
This roulette system scamming must be tackled head on.

TwisterUK

He was usin a VPN (on his Bally account) but we have his IP from a previous account

Did you know the ISP provider can also be held to account if a crime has been committed....

Never ever pay anyone anything for anything anyone is selling that's even remotely related to a roulette system.

Yep, you can't go wrong with that.

In the interests of keeping the forum transparent, I was thinking that it might not be a bad idea to disable private messaging. PM's make it easy for would-be scammers to operate; all you have to do is brag about your winning method and chances are someone will PM you to enquire...

But on the other hand, if you ARE in the scamming business you can just display your email address, so it's unlikely that disabling PM's will be very effective, and in the meantime the majority of honest members will be denied the facility.

Whether you get systems for free or for a price, both will harm you. What they all offer is "new set of fallacies". Tell me one workable idea in this forum or anywhere else. All just help you lose more.

or you can PM me for the one time discounted money back guaranteed price, with 3 months email training and support to get you up and running.
:o

:P

@ Al, I find that statement odd since you use systems yourself and have sold them in the past. In fact, you are still promoting Ophis' botted system. What gives?

If, as the wizard of odds says - "all systems are equally worthless", then of course it makes no sense to pay for one. Is this what you're saying?
