A bettor comes to you and asks what system could he/she play that could make $3-$5 per session with a $50 bankroll.  The system cannot use a progression.  The inside bet minimum is $1 and the outside bet minimum is $10.  The bettor sets a stoploss of -50% of the bankroll.

Is there a system this person can play?

Mr. J that is a dangerous practice.  Yes you got lucky
:d but know that is a symptom of compulsive gambling.

I also understand that three-reeled slots has a
better payout than the five reeled-slots mathmatically.
(Not necessarily true, but so say the experts.)

From what I understand about slots you have basically two kinds:

1.) High Variance-usually have the big bonus rounds/jackpots...
but will gobble many coins first.  (Enough to wipe out most people)

2.) Low Variance-payout more frequently, but smaller wins...

I like the idea of four Red or Blacks more than the other start betting
the opposite with a small progression: 1,2,4 (stop) repeat 2,4,8 (stop)...

Example: RBRRBBRBRRRBRR--Blacks=5, Reds=9---Bet at least one more black will show in three spins...

A few theories to ponder.

1.) A "hot" slot machine is one that wins more than the bet
for a sustained amount of time and is preferred over the "cold"
slot (one that has not won) although money has been inserted.

2.) As the jackpot on a slot grows, the chances of winning become greater.

3.) Playing a slot at a certain time more or less guarantees a payout.

4.) Two identical slots may have different payout rates.

(These are just a few topics I've seen regarding slots-no guarantee on wins.)

Hey Al, could you at least give us some
references to help improve our odds on slots?

Be careful what you say (you may get it)

Roulette (played well can be quite rewarding).
Remember Mr. J made $18,000 in a session once.

That inspires me to as TwoCat just said "...keep on keepin' on."

Though it would be great to hear opinions about slots online and otherwise.

Would you be willing to vouch for any RNG software other than BetVoyager?

...but do you have any proof that RNGs are fixed/crooked?  Especially BV?  Do
you believe the SHA-256 is "etched in stone" and cannot be manipulated?--TwoCat

I do not have any proof.  I have from experience seen highly irregular repeating numbers from RNG that do not occur
on a Live Wheel. I've also had systems to win for several weeks then all of a sudden not ever work again on a RNG.

I have not played enough on BetVoyager games to make a determination.
