The jurisdiction might be Costa Rica but it's hard to tell for sure.

Of course you already know the BV casino, also Paddypower has the ''penny roulette" which is RNG from Playtech, their live wheels have a spread of 0.1 min and 200 max for any bet position.
There might be live wheels but all of them from studios, not real casinos.
The real issue for me is the duration for betting, from spin to spin there about 20 seconds to place your bets.
Unfortunately it's very difficult at the present time to find live wheels which provide more than 30 seconds per spin!
However, I've found the overall best option at Unibet live casino, they offer a plethora of live streams (B&M casinos and studios), you could even watch live shows and cabaret while you bet (specific days and time)! ;)

Thanks to Greek government's regulation I can no longer connect directly from my IP address, last time I've used VPN for 2 consecutive days but there were constant disconnections during the 2nd day, thus I've decided to withdraw but they've blocked my account.

Yes, while you see the same patterns on RNG and Live (according to numbers covered & spins experienced) there's always the ghost of "possible manipulation" when you're not playing at a provably fair casino ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provably_fair ) which is why I'd also like to ask what's the status on the 0.10 live tables with one (1) cent chip?
i.e. Live tables allowing 0.10 (ten cents) minimal bet while still having 0.01 (one cent) chip so you can play with -say- 0.17 but can't play 0.07.
If the method is good, it doesn't matter if you play it with $0.10, $1 or $100 as a betting unit. Your destiny is growing your bank :thumbsup:
