In a nutshell, the author says to look at the second newest spin and bet the pocket & two neighbors on each side *5 numbers* on the opposite side of the wheel (19 neighbors from the second newest spin value).

Example: 20,34, 2(newest spin-value)

Now count 19 neighbors from #34 *that would be #9 on Euro Wheel
                                              *that would be #33 on American Wheel
then add two neighbors on
each side: 14,31,9,22,18  Euro Wheel
                  6,21,33,16,4   American Wheel

I've spent at least 15 years focusing on 180 degree & 90 degree shifts at
1, 2, & 3 steps away from the last spin.

The characteristics found in common randomness hold to their basic nature even though specific focus is applied to these areas of interest.

Things like sleepers, singles, doubles, and higher & lower degrees in the qualities of patterns occur with the same expectancy as when focusing on everything else.

This idea that knowing when to expect a trend is, at most, wishful thinking with regards to a study of large number theory.

You can't play a real session of large numbers.

You will be taken out by variance before you reach any significant value of large numbers of spins.

Anyway, flat betting is a ridiculous way to tackle randomness.  ...just my opinion

This proposition doesn't hold good in real world and you can't extract profit by this with even slightest consistency.

As you can tell when he's not playing roulette he works as a diplomat!

We've learned to live with those sorts of sharp and terse comments he makes.

Basically we just ignore them.

Just treat it all like a squeaky gate -- irritating but not life threatening.

Life's too short to do otherwise!

In defense of the legal profession: the majority of people do not like lawyers until they need one. Then they are best buddies with their lawyers.

Doctors are favorites over the lawyers but we must be grateful for both.

You go to the doctor in order to save you from disease in all your body. But you go to the lawyer for the more specific task: to save your behind.
