In your T&C's where you have the list of exclusions add some wording to briefly explain why they are being excluded.

At the moment there are no reasons given, and readers could forgiven for thinking you are being unreasonably discriminatory!

You could add a positive spin by suggesting they check back regularly to see if their country is off the list.

The whole licensing scene is so complicated now. I got about 2 hours of schooling on it and that only scratched the surface. It used to be you needed only one license and you were good in most of the world. This has changed drastically. You need many licenses to to truly have a global presence and even then you won't have everywhere.  The US is state by state which makes it costly and expensive to even try to be legal. For instance if you run an online casino you can't cater to Las Vegas or Nevada unless you are based there. Same for NJ. Most states in the US it's just illegal, although many sites ignore this some have paid dearly for doing so.

As far as time. Part of it is just getting through the red tape. And the other part is making sure we fully comply with the new license before we apply.  The EU licence is particularly difficult due to heavy regulations. My understanding is we have applied and are in waiting mode. So hopefully in weeks we should have it in time for our new casino roll out. And also for our new lotto site coming out very soon.

This is simply due to regulation. We do not work in any gray areas of the law. We are working towards getting our EU license. We recently got our curacao license which helps but does not cover the world. The regulations for international gambling have changed drastically over the years. It used to be one license covered everything. This is no longer the case.  Being licensed we are mandated not to work in areas we are not licensed or where it is illegal.
