meanning that
occured once,

you start to bet

and bet the rest

since, it has no exact hit, thus probability, instead of 30/70...

if you still can't understand,
then in an oversimplified example,

in a box, there are 60black pingpong ball, and 30 red balls

black ball= +1value.
red=-2 value,
then how you bet, to maximise win?
think hard, very hard, and jump high,
when tha AHA!! moment hit....
