As has happened to others most of my money was taken by a glitch in their live casino and to day after almost 20 emails I have not had a reply telling me what is going on and when or if I will be getting is back.

My advice to anyone thinking of playing on Betvoyager is forget it.  Avoid them at all costs.  Their service sucks big time and you will most likely be in the same boat as me if you try to play their live casino.

If I ever get my money back I will be closing my account and going elsewhere.

What do they give you for an excuse for not returning the money? I do not understand these people of betvoyager. Should they not rush to take care of their own reputation? There should not have to be 20 emails before returning the balance. Right now there is internet and people talk to each other easier than ever.
I hope you get your balance back. I would do exactly the same when it is returned. Withdrawal of balance and goodbye casino. What good is control of randomness if the balance is kidnapped?
say things directly to show respect for other people's time. Walter.

Happily I got my money back today along with compensation which was nice, I still went ahead and withdraw all my funds and will avoid BV in the future. This may change if I can be assured that this will not happen again.

The biggest problem with their support if that they have so many section that I don't think they all communicate with each other.  They also don't have a section dedicated to Live Casino like they do with all there other sections.

Did BV:

1   Apologise for their lack of response? (20 emails...!! Poor you...)

2   Reassure you they are making changes to avoid this sort of delay in future?

3   Offer any explanations for the original glitch that caused the problem with your money?

If you answer 'yes' to any of those then could be hope for them after all.  ;)

This was the reply I got:

Please accept the xxeuro extra as our apology for the delay in replying and fixing your problem.

That was it, no explanation, no assurance it won't happen again.  I like to think I have been a fairly loyal customer for about 5-6 years or more, not that I have used them all that much other than in fun mode most of the time in the past.

Hmmm...

If this had happened to me I would consider giving them one more chance.

After all, you did get your $$ back and compensation as well!

They need not have paid compensation, so they did at least seem to be trying to make amends.

But I would:

  • regularly withdraw profits to keep the account a modest size (just in case...)

  • definitely stop using them if there is ever a repetition of lengthy delays, when dealing with support in the future

Just suggesting...the final decision is yours, of course!

Betvoyager has been a trustworthy casino and except these momentary live games withdrawal troubles, they have paid each and every customer, so far. They do not even ban you if you win daily, only they impose a max withdrawal limit of E2000 a day. Fair enough.

I agree they are trustworth and I trust them, but it would be nice if they backed up that trust with good CS when the stuff hits the fan.  It took me numberous emails both insite mail and via email get them to, first answer my messages, then get them to at least recognize  the problem.  Not one of my external emails got answered.  They did give compensation and for that reason I will continue to use their RNG, but I will never use their live casino and risk this happening again.  This situation would never have happened if they had just answered my first email instead of ignoring it completely.

A fair comment.

Hopefully their CS might -- just might -- learn that without the C their S is pointless!

I am waiting for a flight at this very moment as I type. The announcement goes, apologies for the delay caused by the late running of the incoming flight. I am a loyal customer flying British airways for the last 10 years or so. don't I think I deserve better explanation than that. No, because being a loyal customer I know that they will serve me right. Being a loyal one I know that they are subject to imperfections and they will try to serve me better. As esoito, rightly said they offered you an apology, they offered compensation. If they can give you an assurance they would have, but that to me represent their honesty that they can't assure that it will not happen again. Reminds me of the quote from Nissan. We are second, so we try harder.

For my short acquintance with BV, they are very fair but not far from imperfection. I will anyday continue my account there and will need a much stronger reason than this to move away. NOTE : I am not advocating BV.

I warn people, do not play there.
If you are using some kind progressions, you will lose money by disconections.
When you use real money this casino  is a joke. A lot of disconnections, and does not reflect the money which at the moment are on the table.

Albalaha

Disconnections make no difference if you understand that every other spin gives an independent result. You may consider disconection as merely a break between your trials and nothing else.

They do not return the stake, which is on the table during disconection.
I have problems with connection, even fun mode.
I understand . But a few times I had So that, with the hard sessions, came disconnection, I tried to play, new session was even worst, and have not seen better situation, for my strategy, and play long progression and lost.
By the end I do not know That trials, are fully independent, if we have first 500 spins from hell we wait for corection, but we have disconnection an next new 500 spins is from hell with no corection, I do not save results of spins, but i see very strange sessions.
For me, this casino is almost not playable

Bet voyager has a very good review at askgamblers. I don't know why should we avoid them. Hope this issue get resolve soon or else they might get bad reputation with askgamblers

I say nothing bad regarding to Betvoyager, but the server connection issue is exists in my area too. I do not know the exact background of this online phenomenon. If you are progressive bettor and you are in the deep hole, some interruption can be fatal to your bankroll. You will lose your prompt progression, you will lose your prompt stakes. And you will lose more than you win quickly and easily - in the "long term". P.S. No, I haven't find any noticeable differences between demo/fun mode and real money mode related of RNG type and interruption behaviour.
