Can anyone figure out the average number of ocurrences that each of the dragon bets will hit in an 8 deck shoe?  When I say each I mean number of times the different levels will hit.

It sounds like you are asking about a Dragon bet that differs from the 3 Card 7 Bank that pays 40 to 1 in EZ Baccarat when you refer to levels.
