From the FB post its like he is taking money from some people and paying them 3-5% per week as share of profits. Wth... Like that also can!
There was a scam sometime ago about one guy claiming he has a >90% success rate in Baccarat. Pay 'investors' a share of profits. Then a reporter told me he brings a group to the cruise ship and splits them up into 2 groups. One bets Banker the other bets Player. Whichever group wins at the end of the day, he takes a photo and publicise on the social media!!
