why? its very simple, if the wheel well balance in long run, any side will produce profit.

and see if it well balanced, or favor one or two particular pie in long run, and act accordingly..

then, there six pies..or even more..
see which pies favored, or well balanced.

if it well balanced, the casino doomed,
if it favor certain parts, the casino also doomed.
