Back at the Casino, Bad Choice, ?Real Bad and Ugly Choice"!

I have written about?Reality, Realization, Resetting & Refreshing", etc., which I think my greatest and most powerful tool and key to success at winning with a minimal risk of money, is the last one, the"Resetting and Refreshing" which I have written in detail about.

What happened Friday night and Saturday morning, I will describe here and add them to my Blog.  So many people come on this board and other boards with their perpetual and consistent winning, which unfortunately does not exist in gambling and never will, the exact same as football, baseball, basketball, horse racing, car racing, boxing, and every single form of sport there is, no one consistently and perpetually wins.  Period.

What is even more ludicrous than those people that claim they always win and always will because they bought so-and-so system or found such-and-such a key trigger that they can profit units each and every day, is so far from the real truth that it is only sad and comical to read.  Why?  Because others have tendency to actually believe and follow their nonsense and lies.  Anyway, onward with reality.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights last week, I won at the casino.  With the big win (compared to what I buy-in for and play locally with) coming on Thursday night.  I posted somewhat about this and it started off with the contribution to Gizmotron, Mark on the board here for that short piece he copy & pasted about putting oneself into the state of; one;s doing means identifying with one's state, which implies knowing what one's actual experience or situation is,, that Mark posted and I quoted as to my realization of such and how I turned myself into a removed tangible state on Tuesday, etc.  What I am talking about is;((((Just banged it out, felt it and seen the cards making sense for so many hands prior to the larger wagers.  Did a few table max's, never lost one. Only wagers I lost is when I found myself, confused and getting greedy and being in the game to 'kill the casino' type of attitude and play, seriously! )))), that I wrote about that in detail within the Baccarat Room on this board.  Tuesday cashed out $2,800.00 plus $5,400.00 a second time.  Up over $8k.  Then on Wednesday night I did over $8,500.00 plus recouped my buy-in and another small amount I cashed out during playing around $1,500.00.  Using a very small amount returning to the table to risk an extremely small portion of my first win, after putting aside the buy-in and doubling that, etc.  Then on Thursday night I did well over $25,000.00 (pictures posted while I was eating the two slices of pizza at 2:30am after counting out the win on the bed).  At least $45k if not greater.  I do not keep great records, I just put my buy-in back for next session, pay my bills, buy my supplies, purchase anything my kids want and pay future bills.  I do not build bank rolls and play larger and larger and move to larger plateaus, because all that does is inflate your false sense of comfort, add to a future implosion and force you to play at levels you are not prepared to do or know how to handle, etc.  I learned from the past.

I do well and like I said and wrote about many time, the key being, Resetting and Refreshing, always, 100% of the time.  Also never a second buy-in if the original buy-in was lost, never, not 99 % and greater of the time!  Yes, I said that and yes I have learned from the past.  And one of the reasons I am so successful at what I do in baccarat is my buy-in, my money management system and my resetting/refreshing, etc.  I am proud of those and always will be, because they work, control and allow me to win and keep winning and when losing time comes from whatever source, it controls me to stop playing.

Well, with that all said---on Friday night I meet up with my buddy that plays bac with me sporadically, the retired New York City police officer I have known since I grew up in South Florida, which I have written about as well.   Also, one of my casino buddies is someone we call, H-Money because he has a Vietnamese name close to that.  We started playing Friday night.  Full table with another 5 people as well.  For the first half of the shoe, no one could do anything.  In fact, it was horrible.  Never seen such hands that lasted so long only to be described as ugly and nasty.  We all said, "next shoe—it will go away and 'normal' will come back".  We do not expect 'great' shoes all the time, but this was like, Player 1-2-3 and we are on the banker and banker has 6's and 7's and player would pull a 6-7 or 8 to make a 8 or 9 each time.   And if we were on the player than the banker would.  Heck we all went heavy numerous times and each time we did, say we were on the Banker and player had 1 and Banker had 2 player pulls a 9—so nothing to beat.  Of course the banker would pull an 8 to reduce to a tie.  No one on the tie and we lose all the side wagers or don't win, either one.  Not one, not twice, but like 10 times at least out of 30 plus hands.  We let the shoe fizzle out.  Another shoe, absolutely horrible.  Another one, absolutely horrible.  Continuous.  I talk the other two guys into going to a town 15 miles away so we can get something to eat and go to some stores, I have the Easter stuff to get the kids.  Figured a few hour break was what we needed.  I was down over $5,000.00 of my win money, buying in a ridiculous 2 extra times.  I should not have, but I did not subscribe to everything I mentioned in the beginning of this post!  I did not, I admit it, I was stupid, a jerk-off for doing what I tell you guys not to do.  I did not buy-in, lose the buy-in and reset and refresh, I DID NOT!  F*** me, my own greed, wrong thought and stupidity.  My buddy lost $3,000.00 of his buy-ins and he did not play along with me earlier in the week with the 3 winning nights I had.  H-Money brings $10k all the time and he was down $6,000.00.  He also was not with me earlier in the week.  He runs a very small company a couple hours away and only can play on the weekends.

So we head out of the casino.  I brought $15,000.00 with me and I have no idea why, I have not done this for years and just reminiscent of my Atlantic City days prior to 2000.  Anyway, we go eat in the nearby town and all agree to buy-in one more time and one more time only.  I am real worried about H-Money because he is hurting financially, bad problems with his wife and family and his business is not doing great.  But he floats pretty well with the $10,000.00 and usually does make something and stops.  Has not won big in a while and is almost an expert and recovering lost buy-ins, getting even and stopping, resetting and refreshing.  Leaves the casino and tries again next weekend.  Unlike the highest majority of everyone that goes to the casino.   He is really upset and he wants to play bad.  I know this casino and I know how bad it gets for myself after 2 or 3 days/nights of good winning.  Does not matter if local, Vegas or New Jersey, almost always the same.  It is kind of like the casino saying to me, "Okay—you have to give us a little back or you can't win any longer", LOL—but pretty much what happens.

I drag the guys over to Walmart and get my little boy everything he has been asking for Easter.  I love winning from the casino, putting my buy-in back for next week or session, spending partially the win money for the bills, supplies and the kids, etc., and stashing the rest of it.  Again, not building a bankroll that will only implode.  For me, it just doesn't work that way, too much experience I guess?  I don't know?  I head over to the money service counter at Wal Mart and get $2,000.00 of money orders made out to the lodge I am taking my little boy for his 6th birthday in July.  Okay, that is paid for.  Then I get my dentist I owe $200 a money order I seen last week.  I get my kids' dentist a money order for $960 for their dental stuff a couple weeks ago and their visit tomorrow to finish up their cavity repairs.  I get my cell phone carrier 6 months' worth of invoicing yet to come at $210.00 a month for $1,260.00.  I do the same thing with $1,000.00 for the cable TV companies upcoming ½ a year invoices.  I take care of Vic on the board here with a little support and get a little 'care' basket to send overseas for another board member's little 1 year old girl.  I also stash   $500.00 on a Wal Mart gift card to get the other two kids their Easter stuff next week.  I dump $6,700 at Wal Mart.  I lost $5,500 already from the visit to the wonderful casino.  So I am sitting there with $2,800.00 out of the win money and my original buy-in of $1,500.00 I had from the other day.  I always keep that separate from the win money as I have said.  It is a psychological thing and works for me.  But this time I took the $15k and the $1,500.00 buy-in as well.

Here is the Easter stuff for the little boy:

Love to get everything the kids want and I take pride in it.  It is and hs been part of my gambling ritual for some time.  Win money and buy all the non-essentials, supplies and pay the majority or all of the bills with it.  Save some of the win and keep the winning well ahead of the lost buy-ins that remain a fraction of the win money.  How?  Through my own money management system, refusal to re-buy in or all the other things I wrote about!  It works.  Always works, lose is a buy-in.  That is the risk money.

I convinced H-Money to buy some stuff as well and pay some bills, but he really did not want to.  He spent about $2,000.00 of the remaining $4k he still had left.  I know how the casino is and how we are, I know it in my heart and I know that we or no one else could win at the bac table Friday night.  Call it anything you want, but it just works that way.

Well we head back to the casino and as we all agreed, one more buy-in from $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 each and that is it.  We were all talking the normal stuff and how will bang the casino and get our money back.  When we got there, it was worse than before.  Everyone lost and the aura was bad.  A couple of the players clean off 3 spots for us and high five us and pled to change the game.  We give it our best shot.  Ugly and Horrible with a capital "U" and a capital "H"!  Every Fortune 7 we were set up for would pull one point over or under to hit.  Every time we were all on one side, it would pay the side no one was on, of course.  No F-7's, a few pandas in numerous shoes no one was ever on.  The same thing, countless hands where we looked great to win, continually would reduce the side we were not on to zero, then our side always reduced.  Or the opposite side we were not one to 1 or 2 and we had say a 5, our third care would be a 5 or 6 to lose as well.  Numerous and continuous, shoe after shoe.

H-Money spends his other $2,000.00.  My buddy spend another $3,500.00 and I spend my other $2,800.00 from the win money as well as the $1,500.00 buy-in I had form the other day.  Now I am down $9,800.00.  That was late Friday evening after midnight and after a few hours' sleep, starting again early Saturday morning.  Finished.  Let's go guys.  Realize it isn't happening and will not all weekend, please!  H-Money wants to stay and called someone to wire him money.  I pleaded with him not to.  He finally listened.  We all left, got into our cars and drove away.

I got a call yesterday from H-Money.  He turned around after he got about half way home.  He picked up the money his family wired him and lost it all.  Told me, it was the same.  Never changed at all on Saturday.

I did everything against what I normally do.  Everything that I found, wrote about and believe in that works and works great.  I got my own 'solid-gold' endorsement to how I buy-in and my buy-in beliefs, etc.  It cost me an additional $8,300.00 or so, in and above what I should have done.  But I can only gather I subconsciously had the frame-of-mind that I was going to smack the casino and win 10 or 20 times the amount I did during the week?  I guess.  My fault, F*** me!  I was stupid!

And the kicker to it all is, it was just the complete opposite of, " "((((Just banged it out, felt it and seen the cards making sense for so many hands prior to the larger wagers.  Did a few table max's, never lost one. Only wagers I lost is when I found myself, confused and getting greedy and being in the game to 'kill the casino' type of attitude and play, seriously! ))))", exactly the opposite!  I seen it, I seen the ugliness and the horrible events and our wagering taking place.  I saw the cards and the presentments doing what they were going to do, and I still did not stop.  That is the kicker.  Sitting there and trying to change the shoe and over rule it. Instead of seeing it and transposing myself into what it was doing, whichever way the presentments were happening.  Completely different frame-of-mind and no identifying the actual state, realizing experience or the situation, etc.

I was so proud of that win money and how I won it all off one single buy-in each time, cash out a few times--each session, play more, etc., all according my 1/3rd, 1/3rd. 1/3rd money management system, positive progressions and how I transpose myself in what Mark has written, etc., etc., etc.  But I blew it.  I knew better with each buy-in all the way up to $8,000.00 plus!  And, I guarantee if I did not spend that $6,700.00 at Wal Mart, that would have been gone too.   It is not the amount of money--but it is my knoweldge and not being conscious of everything while I was at the casino.  Again, everything I have written about.

I did not Reset/Refresh, simple as that.

Change my handle Vic to "Alrealx-the-Stupid-One"!

Well I don't know why I came here tonight,
I got the feeling that something ain't right,
I'm so scared in case I fall off my chair,

Clowns to the left of me,
Jokers to the right, here I am,
Stuck in the middle with you
Yes I'm stuck in the middle with you,
And I'm wondering what it is I should do,
It's so hard to keep this smile from my face,
Losing control, yeah, I'm all over the place,
Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right,
Here I am, stuck in the middle with you

I have extensive experience at the Bellagio, Mirage when they even had their own 20 plus table baccarat room, Caesar's Palace, Palace Station, Gold Coast, etc., etc., as well at Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, 2 of the largest casinos in the world, and numerous other big houses.  Same thing happens there, true you can get up and walk to another table, and that in itself is so many players downfall as well, IMO.  True the casino I was at only has 2 bac tables, but the blame is not that, is was myself and going against everything I refined, detailed and tailored out that has made me literally hundreds of thousands of dollars past any losses I have had the past several years.

More people, more action, more jumping around--is a huge downfall in a separate class all my itself.

I could blame it on the casino, on other people, on my peers with, it was not them.  It was me against my steadfast rule, lose my risk buy-in, reset and refresh.  Period.

I have years in the big-tables, playing 14 people at each with 4 big tables in the high limit room always full.  Win a lot of money and give it all back and then give all the buy-in funds followed by the available additional funds.  I have experience in all that, I got past it all.  I truly found the way to play and what works.  That is why I am mad.

It is no different than seeing a police car on the side of the interstate and saying to yourself, "He probably is not doing radar--he has no idea if i am speeding so i will continue to speed".  And then he pulls you over.  No different!

I know...

I jumped around last night again after a fast start. I missed several good runs by dissenting.  We throw away and disengage a lot.  My house has over 50 tankless going right now and every house I stop by to watch in the middle of the day for 20-30 minutes...  FULL.

IMO, Vegas is yesterday and many cities have better gaming.

Here, it is the exact same as this.  The end of last year I had a haz-mat site at the scene of a crane rollover with 500 plus gallons spilled in a drainage ditch, smack on top of a fiber optic cable path.  That is the orange marker sticking out of the ground.  We-had to excavate this site with a large excavator.  If we hit that line it would have been $50,000.00 plus fine/penalty to pay.  If we don't get all the contamination out of the ground and the environmental 'cops' run a soil sample, then we could possibly get a $100,000.00 penalty, etc.

So I have the knoweldge how far to excavate down and have the environmental agencies sign off as having an acceptable 'hot spot' remaining which I justified by, 'lack of receptors' that would allow the contamination, exposure to pathways, etc.  If I did not use that knowledge every time anything like this or many other things come up in the field, I would be wiped out and bankrupt a long time ago.

Playing baccarat and gambling is no different.  If you don't know what to do, don't do it.  If you know what to do, apply it and use it every time.  Don't forget because  you are unconscious of what you are doing, etc.  IMO, beliefs and practice.

You can see the marker for the fiber optic cabling, to the left side of the rotator heavy wrecker 's outrigger leg.

I posted  the following comment a few days ago in another thread...........maybe we all can  avoid the mistakes Alrelax described above if we follow the following  advice.

"When asked how someone did today in speculating in the stock market, Forex or commodities, or a casino game such as baccarat dice or roulette, the amateur ( which includes 99.9% of the people in a casino), will respond saying that he made $ 200 or lost $ 400.

The intelligent, professional, speculator or gambler will say he won 2% of bankroll or 4 % of Total bankroll or lost 2% of bankroll or lost 4 % of Total bankroll"

21 Aces

99.9% of players in a casino are not amateur.  Not even close.  That is the kind of bull that the Dark Wizard and his Black Riders love to talk about in their work even though they don't play.

Working with percentages is very helpful to put things in perspective, but most people don't constantly refer to a calculator or do the math based on percentages while playing.   Percentages are extremely important when allocating to high payout bets.

Most players are not looking to beat the financial markets, but are much more aggressive.  Here's how a bunch of overpaid professional investors have done of late - terrible:

CNBC:  The Buffett Challenge, hedge funds vs. index funds, 9 years on

Even the insiders that closely follow Warren Buffet have found that it Berk's insurance and reinsurance businesses that have bailed out his investing several times.

If 99% of baccarat players ( and other casino games ) are not amateurs, what percentage of customers who go to casinos do you think are are long term winners?

Personally, I rather not get into the amateur/professional, talented/untalented argument within one of my threads.  However, I do personally make statements with the, 95%, 99.9% and the 'highest majority' of all players, etc., etc.  I try to limit those statement I make to winning or walking away.  Of course my percentages are what I see and witness, but I do believe pretty much across everywhere.  The figures I quote are not accurate by any means, but a mere sense of expression and content to explain something.

Thanks and FYI from my end.
