Hope I spelled that right.

A friend says they have.  Don't know if he can withdraw what is in his account or not.  Still to be seen.

Anyone?

The Twocat Cafe / Steady Betting Locations by VLS

Hello

I found a piece of software Vic wrote some time ago.  It is very interesting as the video will show.  I am sure you people will flock on it like pigeons on popcorn!!

I did make a mistake at the very beginning.  My first spin was a 0 and I should have upped my bet by one, but forgot to.  Also, when I started to bet, I could have bet #3 DS instead of #6 but my "gambler's intelligence" told me not to.

Enjoy....

Off-topic / INVESTORS WANTED!!!
January 30, 2014, 05:41:05 PM
Folks and people; friends and neighbors!

In Atlanta, Georgia, they don't like the snow.  Few snow plows and all.....

Poor people were stranded in their cars for up to 13 hours.

Question:  Where does a body go?  I mean, literally, when you gotta go, you gotta go.  Mother Nature waits for no man.

A TwoCat Solution:

HELIPOTTY!!

We have a huge, weight bearing helicopter carry in a multiple row of porta-pottys.  Maybe up to 20 or more.

$5 to tinkle; $10 to poop!

With the new technology, we could take plastic!!

So, who's got some roulette winnings they'd like to invest?

I think it's a sure thing!!

A man scammed 10 people out of 5,000 somethings--Euros, Pounds, Dollars, Drachmas, Skins--doesn't matter.  He sold them the "Holy Grail"!!  Of course, it wasn't.  But, lo, he found the true "Grail".  Now, does he have a moral obligation to give those ten people this "Grail"?  After all, they paid!

Study on that one.....

The Twocat Cafe / The ExcelBot leaps ahead....
January 20, 2014, 10:48:12 PM
Hello

One of the features every bot needs is the ability to import spins from a .txt file and run them.  This allows for thousands of spins to be tested in a short time.  Another feature is an internal RNG like many of Nick's sheets have.

Could graphs be just around the corner?

I would encourage all ExcelBot users to send Stef a little $$$ for his efforts.  I did.

I can't find the thread..............

Let's talk only of R/B.  In a given trot, you will have X red singles and half that many red doubles and half that many red triples and so on and so on.  Is that right?

How does it go??

Norman Squire wrote a book and stated the "Split Martingale" would always work if you could make it eliminate two losses for each win AND if you got half as many wins as you do losses.  That is--50 losses and 25 wins works.  So if you believe in "regression toward the mean" you should consider this "regression half-way toward the mean".  Beware of the ever-increasing bet size.....

Squire said the problem was that too man wins before any losses threw the system out of kilter.  Or whack.  Whatever....

Each win must cancel two losses and if you get a ton of wins before any losses, well the system fails.  I discovered a way to eliminate that.

We must define a "game".  A game is when you lose two in a row on any EC.  Until you lose two in a row, you have no game.

So we begin..................

First we write on our line the figures 1 1.  Just do it...  Now, randomly pick any EC.  Throw a dice or use Random.org or whatever.  Say red........  Bet red and if you win, you have failed to start a game.  Pick another random EC.  Keep doing that until you have lost two in a row.  Now you have a game!!  And you bet on the same EC.  Why?  Because it has NOT wasted wins trying to achieve two losses which will be eliminated with one win.  (Wordy!!)  Anyway, your wins came on another EC.  It could have been another human betting those ECs, not you!!

The object now is to recover the two lost units.  You add the left and right 1s and get 2.  Bet two.  If you win, game over.  Select another random EC.  If you lose, line is 112 and next bet is 3.  A win leaves a 1 alone as you cross off the left and right figures.  We'll address that 1 later.

You continue until one of three things happens:  1.  You have an even number and clear the line completely; 2.  You have an un-even number and leave a middle number.  (This goes in the "fridge"); or 3. You run out of money, BV cuts you off, or you dirty your undies.

It is very, very rare to have a situation where you do not get half as many wins as losses.  Usually this will happen very quickly.  Now, the clearing of the line does not win any money; you only win when you win on the first attempt at the EC.  This will happen enough to make it worthwhile.

Now, suppose you have a middle number left over:  1 1 2 3 4, the 2.  That becomes a "leftover" and goes in the "fridge".  That number may sometimes be something like 17 or 22 or more.  The leftover that goes into the "fridge" must be eaten.  And it cannot be eaten alone!!  It must be "piggy-backed" onto a new bet.

Remember, we have a 2 left and we want to eliminate it with no bet!  We tack it on the next time we start a line:  not 1 1, but 1 3.  We have added our 2 leftover to the second number in the line.  Since it was going to get bet anyway, there is no extra bet needed.

Squire did not go into this; this is pure Sam.  You must maintain the "one win cancels two losses" paradigm throughout the trot or the system will not work.

Now, suppose your "fridge" has a large number--17.  You do not want 1 18, so you eat the leftovers 3, 4, or 5 at a time.  1 1 4;  1 1 5; 1 1 6.  Keep deducting your withdrawal of leftovers from the fridge until it is zero.

Now.........mathematically, this worked for me.  I'm sure there are those who will point out a fallacy and I appreciate them doing so.  My goal was $100 per day and I made that goal for a long time.

I also instituted a new thought I called "earning your next bet" for when things got really, really bad.  And they do!!  THEY DO!!  Be aware of that.

That's it.

Try it at your own risk.

The Twocat Cafe / PatternAnalysis, I challenge you!
December 12, 2013, 02:57:07 PM
Greetings!

You say all this hooey from Kimo Li works.  Well, let's prove it to the world.  You have written 10,000 words trying to explain this to the forum.

I challenge you to do this:  Tell me exactly how you would bet on UNKNOWN numbers, and I will log onto Dublin or SmartLive (your choice) and make a movie playing EXACTLY as you say to play.

I have the books and I can look up what a "star" is again, but I'd rather you put it into your own words so there is no mistake.

What say you?

Hey

We all know the wolf story.

Imagine a collective of seekers we shall call Johnny.  Johnny is thousands.  Every now and then a Johnny cries "Holy Grail" and the crowd runs to see what he's got.  Nothing.  So, after a while, the crowd doesn't even run.  The collective Johnny has fooled them once to many times.

Now that Johnny has destroyed his credability (Obama) no one believes him.  What if a Johnny truly had the "Holy Grail" and no one listened?

Think about it

The "Holy Grail" is merely a bottable idea/system/method that wins more than it loses over time.

Where's Ignatus??

Two fools were arguing.  Fool number one was the shipping clerk.  He allowed as how he shipped more out than came in.  Fool number two was the receiving clerk.  He allowed as how he checked more in than the shipping clerk shipped out.

I intervened:  "Fools, it has to be equal or the warehouse would either overfill or empty!"  I was young and lived over the severe thumping I received.

The Twocat Cafe / A TwoCat test of the SLC bot by Normy
October 25, 2013, 04:53:56 PM
Guys

A video will soon be posted to this thread.  While it is long, it would be to your benefit to watch it.  Attached here is the log sheet of all the runs I've done in the past week or so.  There are 87 of them.  There were more, but I went nuts and went to a .50 bet and did not have enough bankroll to cover my loses!!  So I started over at $104 and am now close to $150.

In the 87 trot study, five times the D'Alembert went to level 5.  From there it won.

There were 87 trots; 27 lost and 60 won.  That means that I won more than twice as often as I lost.

Who you gonna call................??

Sam

EDIT:  I missed and "L" so it's 28/59.  Who hoo!!  Also, the orange marks new highs.

Hi People.

Welcome to the TwoCat Cafe.  Sit down, have a cup and tell us what's on your mind.

In this corner, I will discuss whatever I choose and you should feel free to do the same.  Feel free to disagree with me on any subject.

While I will answer on a thread, I will not create any threads except here.

Moderation will be almost non-existant by me.  I can't see the need to ever delete a post at this point.

I did not seek this area; it was offered to me.

The Twocat Cafe / A test using the ExcelBot
October 21, 2013, 05:55:12 PM
All

Since I have four computers and one open, I decided to do a test on a system.  At this point I cannot name or describe the system.  It is only part mine and the fellow who "owns" the other part will not part with it.

Here are the first week's results.  I am using the "Outside D'Alembert" with the ExcelBot.  I either win ten nickels or I lose ten nickels.  Each win lowers the bet, the bankroll and the loss limit.  Each loss raises all three.  Example:  My bet is 3, my bankroll is 30 and my stop loss is 30.  I go up three on a loss and down three on a win.  For four or five, just change the "3" to whatever you wish.

My goal is to test the limits of this idea over a month or so or until I give up on it.  If I win 1,000 fake Euro, not nickels, I will go for real money.  I must see where the draw downs take me and decide if I would REALLY go there!!  Would I be down 200 Euro and continue?  That's the question.

The ExcelBot is the perfect testing tool.  Whether I win or not, the bot is excellent.  Only my sheet will determine the outcome.

If you look at my sheet you will see I am up 137 Fake Euro.  That's 2,740 units since units are nickels.  Most of this is NOT due to reducing the bet to level 1, but due to the "Hiccup Effect" as I have named it.  I'll explain that again if anyone wants.

So here we go.  Win, lose or get drunk---you will know the truth!

Mike

Your posts are so similar to ones we've seen before.  You have beat your head against the rock for years and you've decided since you can't do it, no one can.  You're like the guy who has quit smoking and belittles everyone who does.  You're like the fat man who's lost weight.  And on and on......

We get it.  Two and two will never equal five.  The math is against us.  And on and on........

Let me pose a question:  There is a basketball court.  At one end is a normal goal.  At the other end, there is one exactly ten times the diameter of the normal goal.  Which end do you think people would shoot at?

Let me ask you a direct question:  Do you believe the person exists who makes money from roulette?

Let me ask you another question.  We've all seen this:  R B R B R B  What have we not seen is that for 100 spins?  Why do some series come into the fray?  In the world of math, physics or mathematics, there is nothing saying you can get 100 R B in a row, but you don't.

Tell me why...........

You come on this forum stating the obvious as if we needed to hear it.  You intimate we are fools, stupid people, country bumpkins and on and on.......

Tell us about Mike.  What can you do?

People

Please understand that I have purchased both of these bots.  Nothing has been given to me for any writings.

Let's consider the ExcelBot first.  It is like a backhoe.  It sits and does nothing until someone climbs in the seat and fires her up.  That is to say, you must load a "sheet" which directs the bot what to do.  Where to bet, how much to bet, what progression to use, when to stop and on and on.  It will automatically raise the bet for you if you fancy a D'Alembert.  It has a D'Alembert "floor" and "ceiling" and a "return to base X __".  You can program it to do many, many things.

However, a backhoe will dig where you tell it to dig.  You direct it wrong and it will dig wrong.  So will the ExcelBot.  It is only as good as the sheet that is in the driver's seat.

If I understand Stef correctly, he is working on a feature that will allow you to select a sheet and then select a file with spins, either zero or non; either real or RNG--makes no difference.  You can have 10,000 spins and run the bot in test mode and see what would have happened had you played those exact spins.  This feature was contained in the old Super Roulette bot and it was most valuable.  The way the ExcelBot is set up, it will be more valuable as you can set it for short sessions, like "win $10 or lose $10" and then use a D'Alembert as an "outside" progression.  The method just described will get us as close to the "Holy of Holys" as we're going to get.  Superman notwithstanding, losses are inevitable.

Now let's consider the SLC Bot.  (Smart Live Casino)

It is not like a backhoe.  You fire it up and it knows what to do.  It is hard programmed  by Normy.  All you do is select a win/loss limit and whether you want to really bet or just fake it.  That's it.  The method is hard-wired into the bot.  You can't change it.  That's all there is to say!!

Now, the big question:  Does either work??  Well, I'm glad you asked!

For the ExcelBot, there are very good "sheets".  With these sheets, patience and a good bankroll it is possible to win.  Understand I'm not saying you WILL win, but that it is possible.

For the SLC bot, I have run it two days.  It is phenomenal.  Whether or not it will continue at this pace I don't know.  I have it set for a win of 10 or a loss of 20 and my wins far outstrip my losses.  I have suggested to Normy that he incorporate a "Basebet X ___" into the bot as this will allow one to use an outside D'Alembert to raise and lower the base bet as needed.

The SLC bot is based on his thread explaining how he plays.  I am too lazy to do it manually, so I coughed up the funds and bought his bot.  Don't ask me for a copy.  He has to install it on your hard drive.  I wouldn't cheat either guy anyway.  This bot may very well prove the "VLS Lw Methodology" as it bets in accordance to what is happening.  As I always put it, "which way the wind is blowing".

So there it is in a big 'ol nutshell.  A lot to read and most won't read this sentence.

I appreciate comments.

Today I cleaned house so the cleaning lady could come and then we went to Riverwind for a free buffet and some RNG roulette.  We played that "Tic Tac Toe" thingy by Dane.  For the life of me, I cannot understand why this thing should and does win, but it does.  I almost doubled my $20 and Marcia did!

OK, the roulette was fun and the buffet was truly great.  Some of the best fried fish and fried chicken I've had in months.  A $40 value free!!  Whoo hoo...

Now, as we're sitting, eating, we spy two old hippies.  One was wearing a Boston shirt and one Metallica.  I'd guess them in their early sixties.  As they returned from the line, I commented on the humongous amount of meat they were carrying.  Each had a dinner plate in each hand with prime rib, ribs, ham and turkey stacked as high as possible.  We're talking four plates here.  So they sit down their meat and go for the other stuff.  From time to time we cast a gander over their way.  Geez, they are eating all that meat!!  Around ten pounds each, I'd guess.

So we finish and compliment ourselves that we're not the hogs our neighbors are and then the management arrives with an officer in tow.  Seems she had a large purse and they were squirreling away meat to stock the freezer.  We wanted to stay and see the outcome, but this is Indian territory and a scalping or burning at the stake would have truly ruined the meal so we left.

So there is a moral to this story.  Don't bring a wheelbarrow to a buffet!!

Smurfs

I am going on an extended vacation of about four weeks.  I will spend a lot of time driving the Cat Mobile.

I am going to spend a lot of time thinking about the Monty Hall paradox or whatever you choose to call it.  There seems to be a way to adapt that to roulette dozens or columns.

I'm still thinking on that thing that should happen more often but doesn't.

Naturally, I'll be here some to harass the rank and file.
