Title: You Cannot Play Both Ways
Post by: alrelax on May 31, 2019, 03:08:57 PM
There is two main beliefs in playing Baccarat.

One is, playing a mechanical column scoring/recording systematic way method.  Where as, you score, look and find what the past has produced and possibly a tad bit of not being produced and wager for your pre-set and pre-chosen event to happen.  But always within a generic block of results that will not match up to what all or even most shoes are capable of producing and very well will produce. And in my opinion, experience and countless encounters with so many people doing just that, the results will be trivial, the highest majority of the times, if not breaking even or losing.  Is is basically a way to extend the grinding down of pre-guessing results and stating what should happen.

Two is, the absolute conscious awareness of what has happened, is happening and what has not happened within Sections of the shoe.  Coupled with strengths, weaknesses, neutrality and equilibrium at certain and vital points/sections, before and after the established turning points of each shoe.  Not limiting yourself to any pre-set or pre-chosen wagering events where the shoe presentments must meet your expectations, but coinciding with what is happening and what very well does continue or (Key Word Being -OR-) discontinues in the presentments of the shoe.

Bottom line is either capitalizing on a few match ups (as defined in #1) or capitalizing on the real opportunities that shoes will present in countless forms (as defined in #2).   And as far as #1, those cannot be decided by using a cheat sheet or believing there are 4 or 7 or 10 possible paths that will develop after so many hands dealt because of a lacking outcome or, fancy wording posted elsewhere--has to happen by playing the game for such a long time, etc., from each and every shoe (actually not admitted, is the hope and prayer that it will happen).  True and what gives huge amounts of fuel to # one, the sentence prior to this is, that well under 50% of what you defined in those cheat sheets will appear and the other events will eat up every bit of the winnings you experienced far in excess of the wins produced by matching those pre-set and pre-chosen outcomes.

Simply, the truth being told.  Hard as hell to swallow without adding negativity, drama, chastising, humiliation and twisting and turning the truth of real players having great wins and redundant profits.  The trend of talking down, humiliating, turning the absolute truth around when one is not even present, and making up lies is not all new in most any type of competition, business, marketing and politics.  It is ingrained in most of us, however, some of us use our energy, motivation and wherewithal for other avenues outside of baccarat and gaming, which some do not have.  So maybe I just found the answer I was looking for as to why the hatred and chastising of differing experiences.  Perfect, great.

I am sorry guys not harping on this, but to me, I see a huge problem with members and people reading these boards.  They misunderstand and take too much for granted.  It really is a 2-sided street in sitting at the Bac table  The two sides that I outlined in the above post.

Last night I stopped by the casino, first time since last weeks pretty healthy win.  And I opened a shoe, no one playing.  The dealer told me that a few people played earlier and lost, straight lost.  I learned that they were counting or wagering on what I described in #1 above.  All so very common.  Let's record part of the shoe in columns and record so much of it and then we know what to bet, because of such and such.  Sorry, same rubbish as the Roulette crowd with 5 Blacks has to switch to Red or the Hot Numbers will repeat or let us watch 35-40 spins and mark down the numbers that are cold, they have to come around, etc., etc. No darn different!

A guy sits down, changed $1,000.00.  Loses pretty much the whole thing in a few hands.  $300.00 wager lost, $500.00 wager lost.  $200.00 wager won, parlay to $400.00 won.  Wagers the $800.00 and loses.  Buys in again and again.  Finally gets wiped out.  I asked him how he figured his wagers.  He turns to me and tells me. I wait for the second one and play the opposite side.  If it still sticks then I wager for the repeat.  Tells me a few other things.  But the bottom line is, his mind is already made up because he has figured out the game and the shoe.  He is destined to lose the majority of the times.  Like to admit it or not.  Good Bac playing is totally the opposite.

Free up your mind, get into the neutrality zone and play that way.  The shoe can and will produce anything and everything, you cannot set a schedule of wagers based upon a set protocol to adhere to more than the instant shoe you are playing.  And that protocol or schedule of wagers will be different for the next shoe and the following one as well.  It maybe different for the next 10 shoes or it might not be.  But one thing for sure, it will not stick for shoe after shoe after shoe, day after day after day.  Those that preach the earn XYZ unit per week, play 5 or 6 days a week and grind out XYZ based upon their master schedule, is pure hocus pocus to the max!

Make all the columns you desire and mark them up any way you want them.  Then put your money out there for the shoe to match your wager.  What happens when 15 Players come out followed by a little bit of chop-chop and then 16 Bankers come out straight?  Or there is 5 Fortune 7s in the shoe and the next shoe with another 5 Fortune 7s.  Then you see all that, then you say lets wager Players for streaking or Banker for streaking.  Then it goes to chop-chop or 1s and 2s.  Then you say, look at all those Fortune 7s, I will start wagering Fortune 7s and clean up.  Then there is not a single Fortune 7 for two whole shoes.  What a waste!  Boy, Alrelax is a jerk off!

Well, by doing just what I outlined above, you are doing the exact same thing as what I originally described in #1.  The same thing.  You are following something.  Successful wagering at Bac does not work that way.  Read>>>DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY.  You have to wager on what the shoe is presenting.  Not what it is going to, or should, or did not or will most likely, or anything along those lines.  Two hands down the road or two hands before means nothing.  Hence 15 or 18 repeats, 20 chop-chops, 12 sections of doubles or anything else, sticking or not and as well, any combination of it all mix up together.  If something happens 5 times because of one thing and 5 times because of something else, you are still not further in the know because of the way the results are produced.
