Paper thin rice paper wrap. It's pretty much a staple at most of the southeast restaurants and the takeout places they make different variations of it. Most of the larger cities.

I would never go back to fried egg rolls but of course half of my family is Southeast Asian and they normally go for the rice paper wraps anyway.

Went out to get some supplies and food pick ups for the restaurant this morning.  Stopped to get gas and noticed the porta potties outside the store,  I asked the manager and he said a lot of their key locations were getting them in case they have to close the restrooms and part of the inside of the store, people can still use the bathroom outside. Sure hope it gets better real quick.

Hanging out tonight.  I just made myself and someone else a couple of fresh pork chops with some country gravy and fresh sausage that's crumbled up in the sauce.  A little spice inside of it along with some red pepper flakes and some fresh mashed potatoes with some black pepper and cilantro, finely chopped.

On lockdown over dinner at the restaurant with a few people that I normally hang out with on sporadic occasions, one is H-Money, whom has been over here for a few days and in fact it's a couple hundred miles from his home and he slept over for two nights and stayed in my office with a pull out couch and we've been doing some soul-searching.

Many other things we are doing to stay busy and clean out the ideas, notes and soul-searching departments, but I won't bore you with the details along with some some pictures of some snacks and meals i posted.  We hit the karaoke machine ourselves and gave a private showing to nobody  :cheer:  8), it would have been comical if I videoed it.

But I'll tell you, going through the mail and going through some email the last day or so, you really see the good companies versus the not-so-good companies or let's say the 'customer value' in the non greedy companies versus the greedy companies trying their absolute best to capitalize on everything in this miserable event of 2020. I have several insurance companies, one for the business and I have of course the auto insurance and I have life and health insurance companies. The auto insurance company send an email this morning saying, that they think it's only fair to issue a 15% refund for 3 months. For both of our autos because there is less people on the streets as what the policy was quoted with, so they will credit our policy and that kind of floored me and I'm classifying them as a good company.  I'll never leave them. Then there was our cell phone company, which is giving us 50% off on any accessories or upgrades for the next 30 days and giving us 25% off of our monthly bill for 120 days as saying that is their part in trying to help their customers because they know most of us, if not all of us are affected and having a difficult time. Which again I put them in the good category and would never leave them and probably never would have, but most certainly this seals the deal.

There's been a couple of other things that are very minor from other companies that I'm not going to mention. Then came an ugly one from the business insurance saying because of the restaurant has an HVAC system, they want a certification from an HVAC company saying its disinfected and it is clean and it doesn't have any buildup of anything that could potentially harm the public and of course that is going to cost money, but H-Money owns an HVAC company, he's just not licensed here where I'm at, but he knows some people and could probably use someones letterhead stationary to back it up. So that kind of sucks, putting that insurance company on the bad list.

Just some thoughts I am putting out there.

Life is dangerous, things are dangerous, just the way it is.

Driving Northbound in the southbound Lanes doing 70 miles an hour on a four-lane divided highway or an interstate will result in tragedy, serious injury or death most likely. You're not supposed to be doing it but it is repeatedly done all over the USA and the world for various reasons. Same as driving eastbound in the westbound lanes.  That alone, with the countless numbers that are killed should ban the automobile, no?

My God, cell phones, tablets and laptops have caused so much death on the highways all over the world, the most that is done if the driver gets caught, is a ticket for driving, that's called distracted driving.  And if it results in serious injury he may get a slightly more serious charge . But again, the devices that caused all of those hundreds of thousands of people to die every year are not banned!  So I'm f****** confused.

Working on electricity in your home or business without being an electrician and fully being aware of the dangers, is extremely dangerous that winds up killing a countless amount of people every year, but we do not outlaw everything that takes electricity.

Working with chemicals without being knowledgeable and well-trained and experienced results in tragedy, injury and death to countless people every year, but we do not ban or outlaw any chemical that will result in death.

Working with industrial equipment, heavy equipment, specialized equipment is also dangerous and you must be trained and have experience with that particular type of equipment you are working with, but those types of equipment also cause serious injury and death to countless people all over the world every year!   But we do not outlaw or ban that equipment.  And these injuries and deaths of countless numbers happen to both young, middle-aged and older people as well as innocent bystanders are killed. But we do not close the industries down that the equipment is used in or the communities are not closed where that equipment operates even if we know others out there will repeat certain events with the same catastrophic outcome using that equipment by unskilled workers, etc.

Oh yeah and the last one, without naming hundreds more, is guns.  Guns kill, why do we still have guns in circulation and guns being sold? I'm f****** confused, shouldn't guns be banned?

An estimated 88,000 people (approximately 62,000 men and 26,000 women) die from alcohol-related causes annually, making alcohol the third leading preventable cause of death in the United States. The first is tobacco, and the second is poor diet and physical inactivity.  So shouldn't we ban alcohol because millions of people died around the world from that every year and shouldn't we ban tobacco for the same reason and third shouldn't we ban being lazy and fat?

The list can go on and on and on and on.

Just finished up our little research on gun deaths around the world, but guns are not outlawed everywhere! I don't understand it.  People are dying and the way that we can control it, is by outlawing and getting rid of every single gun and accessory and bullet by closing down every single factory, distributor and retailer of them and not even having any in existence for the underworld to have.  If we can close the economy for a flu, we certainly can close it for weapons of mass destruction. Just as many if not more people collectively are killed then C19. I am f****** confused.

I believe they should be and we should definitely pull every single gun and have them incinerated and outlawed and close down every manufacturer of guns, gun accessories and the bullets that kill people.

We're looking at between 250,000 and 300,000 deaths each and every year with no stopping or slow down in sight and generally only an increase every year with the leading 10 countries being in the following order.  Brazil, United States, India, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Philippines, Guatemala, Russia and Afghanistan which those 10 countries accounted for 180,000 people dead annually alone, according to statistical records a couple years ago.

Well it is Sunday, together with a few people hanging out.  H-Money decided to come over and we cooked up some fantastic ribs and rice. The rice has some cilantro and lime mixed into it and the ribs we put some garlic, black pepper and an Asian sweet chilli sauce called, 'Mae Ploy Sauce'.

Cooked just right, here are a couple of pictures:

H-Money is over.  Talking shop.  Going through last 6 months or so of play prior to the casinos closing down mid March.  We made some spicy tuna, seaweed, avocado, cucumber and rice with blackberries and a side of cream cheese jalapenos.

Today we're hanging out looking at reopening the restaurant and looking at a few other things reopening with a few of our close friends and family, decided to make some lunch and talk about it. There are two of the best hot dogs on the market which is the Vegas Brand they come out of Illinois, to me they are the best, we made up some chili with some jalapenos on top of them. And we got some shredded potatoes, put some cheese and added cream sauce that came out really really good.

Like I said just hanging out getting all our inventory done and more this afternoon.

Hanging out, we're going to celebrate for the next few hours as I spent a few hours making the pasta with some oversized meatballs, cooked up some super big fresh shrimp, got a nice spicy Cajun sauce that they're sitting on top of and some garlic bread with Parmesan cheese that I just melted down on the slices nice and crispy.

Going to celebrate the return of the casinos, a good night playing baccarat for a few hours, nice little win we had and everything else. Good to go.

Talking a couple hours with some very experienced players after our first night at baccarat We're going to do a little bit of verbal soul-searching and talk about our money management methods and what our visions are and spell it out.

Decided to make some spring rolls, little bit of black berries and greens, here's what it looks like.  Turned out pretty good!
