Title: Winkel's GUT - 1000 units RNG Challenge
Post by: System Gambler on September 22, 2016, 05:51:35 PM
I play for several months an advanced version of Winkel's GUT which to me is the best method to look at roulette when playing straight-up bets.
As I read on forums many derogatory posts from members which do not even bother to understand the whole thing I decided to record a series of my games playing just the basic strategy.
I will play real money sessions on RNG with 10c as my base unit and I will mostly flat bet. But I will also use levels bets and progressions if I see advantageous situations.
Those who are interested can follow me on YouTube.

Those who don't care and negative trolls should stay away.
I try to upload new sessions every 1 to 3 days.

My post has been delayed because of the pending mod approval.

Here is my 4th session already. So far I'm up 324 units.

Just to clarify. It's real money as you can see in the upper region of the casino window.
I don't post on rouletteforum cc anymore because the mod there deletes my posts.
So interested players need to follow me here.

Welcome to the forum.

Interesting to see you've chosen RNG rather than real roulette.

Any particular reason for that choice?  [Apart from it being faster...]

Thanks Mod for adding my other videos.

I chose RNG 1. for speed when collecting spins, 2. because I have long time to think if needed, 3. my belief is: it goes well together with G.U.T. because it is pure random, no short term physical interference like dealer signature.

Here is my short 5th session, not played perfectly but still a winner.

Ignore the negative comments

Keep going

Im interested in how you implement GUT

The people that criticize it play the game at the same house edge that we do. Ignore them

Friend, please continue posting videos. Everyone is free to have an opinion including that of using the GUT.

Sometimes I really do not understand why others are obfuscated by the way a person wants to play with his money.

Had my first losing session. Was a tough fight but I had to take the loss. Was not my day, but better will come.

https://youtu.be/clG7EUtpi5s

For now I will stick to RNG. Win or lose. I gonna end what I started.

Any suggestions which casino and wheel I should use for my next challenge, when I'm grown up and a man? Real wheel videos will be much longer. Maybe followers will get bored?

www.dublinbet.com

It is the closest thing to being there sitting at the real table while still using a software tracker.

My 7th session. Again a difficult one. I had still the fear of loss in my bones. But finally won.

Dublinbet looks good to me. Any other preferences?

Session no 8 is done and I'm half way there. +522 units so far.

Gambler don't have to overcome the house edge. They have to overcome their beliefs.

Doing well so far.  Keep this up and drinks will be on you.  ;)

The video sound wasn't all that clear. In fact, it was darned hard to follow your commentary.

I checked all my sound settings and ran some tests -- all was OK at this end.

Sooo....

Yes I know. Sounds like I talk into a bucket. I try to adjust settings or maybe order a new mic.
Sorry for the sound.

With GUT it is the same as with any other good system. The player needs to know it, needs to know what it's limits are and when to skip not favorable spots.
I like it because it is for straight-up bets and despite some tracking hassle it gives good bet opportunities every now an then.

My 9th session. This time I was hungry for a win and used the top level of my level bets. Some may call it a progression. I apply it to spots that I assess as favorable.

Congratulations both on results and your persistence.

Naysayers and Negative Nellies can perhaps think again...or not.

I noted the clicker/tracker you are using and found the site where it's for sale.

Are you the owner/or author of the software?

If no, then how do you rate its performance overall?

And what sort of after-sales support did you get? (Assuming any was needed, of course.)

And a final 4th question:  will continue to use GUT or was it simply a test exercise?

Encouraging and postive words from moderator and site admin

What a relief

Much better than negativity

Applaud a person for winning. Right thing to do

Yes, it is my MS Excel tool.

If no, then how do you rate its performance overall?
My customers say it is the best one available after having used the ones you can get for free on some forums.

And what sort of after-sales support did you get? (Assuming any was needed, of course.)
So far no support was required. Just follow the user guide on http://www.g-u-t.co/tracker-guide.html
BTW I decided to cut down the price for the eBook and the Tracker by more than 50%.

And a final 4th question:  will continue to use GUT or was it simply a test exercise?
I frequently play GUT based strategies, but mostly what Winkel would call advanced ones. They require deep understanding of the trot.
With that video series I challenged myself to show that even the basic strategy can earn serious profits.

Its NOT playable at a real B&M casino, with only a few seconds to bet.

Looks great on paper (I admit) but ONCE AGAIN, not realistic. I could post 10 similar methods.....not playable. Sorry folks, them the facts.

True.

But those using an online, live casino would use a clicker to overcome the "only a few seconds to bet" issue.
