Ralph says you have to be lucky.

Let's use our imagination:  My bot is playing as I type.  When it finishes, there will be a long, long list of numbers it produced.  Suppose I am lucky and the L v F system wins.  It is because I'm lucky?  What if I had played the "Five Strikes" system and it lost?  Would I then be unlucky?  Same numbers, don't you see?  How could I be both lucky and unlucky?

I guess my question is this:  In a long trot of numbers, say 5,000, the L v F system goes up and down.  (I watch it too much!)  Am I lucky when it is up?  Am I unlucky when it is down?

My real question is this:  What if you rode through the unlucky patches and always quit when you were up and lucky.  Could you say you're lucky?  Or smart enough to know you're luck will change.

And my last question is this:  Is all that is needed to win a large enough bankroll and a robot that stop when it hits the lucky win goal?

Hi

I have tried all day to make a movie of this, but the screen capture software and the bot conflict and I can't do it.  I just flat give up.  So I'll just post a screen shot and tell you I have gone up 133 Euro (fun Euro) today betting nickels.  The most I was down was about 100 Euro.  The test is to see if I can win 1,000 E in fun money and then go for real.

General Discussion / A Bet Voyager Technical Question
January 31, 2013, 05:57:13 PM
OK, I have three computers.  On two of them I can log onto BV with no problem.  On my Vista computer, I get a message saying, "Your session has expired.  Please log in again."  I have logged in a dozen times with the same message.  I have deleted my internet files, deleted BV from my hard drive, downloaded it again and I get the same message.

Somehow the Vista computer is on their XXXX list and I can't log on.  I could run the old Super Roulette bot on this computer if BV would just let me on.  Does anyone know how I can erase whatever is on this computer that tells them not to let me on?  Is there a cookie somewhere?  Some kind of I.d. file?

Hi

Before anyone tells me to Google it and read---I have.

Let's say our RNG was seeded off the very minute tremors the Earth constantly produces.  I read that somewhere.  Is it possible that on Monday the Earth trembles very slightly and the RNG seeds accordingly?   And on Tuesday the Earth trembles more and the RNG sees accordingly?  Same with minute barometric changes.  Or mosquito farts.

Here's why I ask:  I am testing a new idea on the Stef/Nick Excel Bot.  (Should I call it SNEB? SNEBBY?  I wish they'd name the darn thing!!)  Anyway, this bot can shut BV down and restart it a hundred times a day or more.  My thoughts were that each time BV restarts, it would be a whole new world.  That is not so.

I have seen 32 hit twice, the bot shut down, and 32 be the first number to hit on the new trot.  Seems 32 was going to be "hot" even if it had to wait for the next trot of numbers.  It seems that when BV is throwing lots of repeats (numbers that hit twice before five reds hit), it does it over and over again, even though BV is restarted.  If I get a strong run of blacks, it continues just like reds.

I guess I'm asking this:  Is it possible that the ambient conditions causes the RNG to seed a certain way and the numbers produced are similar?  Lots of repeats; no repeats.

Let's put it Old Hippie terms:  If the wind is prevalent from the South, the smoke from my joint will blow toward the North and vice versa.  If the wind is light and variable, my smoke my blow in any direction.  The first way the RNG would seed a certain way and the second way the RNG would seed another.

Movie to come today.  I think you'll like it.  Or at least get a good laugh.  Or confirm that nagging thought you have that Ol' TwoCat has finally lost it!!

I've hunted everywhere!!

It is the odds all eight combinations of the ECs happening.

For example:

HHH...............one try
HHL.............three tries

and it goes on through all eight.  For all eight to appear it takes something like 24 tries.

Does anyone remember this?  I've tried every search word I can.

Gents

I lost a few pennies, either 3 or 6, on that silly Martingale.  I lost 1,500 units cause my head was up my >>>> and I set the bot wrong.

Giz may have hit me on the head when he said some people plan to lose and then execute their plan.

I simply must learn to quit making stupid mistakes.

Gambling Philosophy / Digging your way out of the hole
November 17, 2012, 05:15:14 PM
All

I find that gambling boils down to this: I win a few bets and then spend hours digging my way out of the hole.  This is what would happen with PB if you lost.  You lose seven and have to win the next seven to get even.  Lose again during the recession and you will have to spend longer at the table to get even.

Not picking on PB.  The G.U.T. is the same.  Every system I ever played is the same.

I guess I'm used to continued success.  With a guitar, if you learn it you learn it.  It doesn't go away.

In my business, when I made money it was mine.  Very slim chance of losing it.  Very tiny!

With gambling, you win six units and go into the hole and spend two days trying to get back to where you are +6.  I have come to realize this is the nature of the beast.

Anyone care to comment?

Straight-up / Dane's "XOXOX" system.
November 06, 2012, 02:08:48 PM
Imagine the carpet.  If you have a hard time doing that, go back to Roulette 101.

You are looking at the carpet from the 1 end toward the 36 end.  You're looking at each column as a separate carpet.  Got that?

Let's say 1 hits.  Mark it with an X.  Then 7 hits.  Mark it with an X.  The 4 in the middle and the 10 on the end become an Os, but don't mark them.  You now have XOXO and you bet the 13 as it will make XOXOX.

There are three ways a potential pattern may form.  _OXOX    XO_OX   X0XO_.

There are times when one number will create two patterns.  Bet it twice.  XOXO_OXOX.

If there is any interest, I will scan my carpet and post it.  I had it laminated and use a vis-a-vis wet erase pen.  Works great.

Here is the last thing you need to know.  If a street fills, that is you have Xs on the 1,2,3, the game is over.  Also, if a quad fills, i.e., 2,3,5,6 that ends the game.  Start tracking from the next number to come.

While this system sounds simple and rather sophomoric, it works very well.  I have hit a few numbers straight up with only one on the carpet bet and it impresses folks!   I am going to combine this system with two others Victor posted and see how the three perform together.

People

Since I learned the G.U.T., I have not found anything that comes close to it in performance.  In the last three sessions, I went from around 60 Euro to 310 Euro at Dublin.  I am not bragging so please, "Sin of Hubris" pass me by.  I am simply saying that--in my lil' ol' opinion--you're going to be hard pressed to find anything better.

I know I had an exceptional three sessions, but this system will produce when played properly.

Here is my question:  Is anyone interested in sitting in my classroom while I teach through videos?  By the very nature of the system, these videos must be long and unedited.  You must learn why each bet is made, not just see the winners like in my ECLIPSE videos.  I may do the video and then do a video of that video with a voice-over so I can pause it and explain fully.  It's tough to explain and get the bets down and get both right.

You know the "Law of Left-Out Numbers".  They usually hit!!  One or two missed hits can ruin your whole session.  Better to bet two too many than two too few!

So I'll leave it at that.
