I don't need to apologize for what I share. I don't see that apologizing for something that I would about to say as the best form of politness.

I've been working on my AI, intelligent machine, that will be my validation of concept. It will place a bet for every spin. I will also publish a complete explanation of method with the software. I'm doing this for the same reason that Christopher Columbus sailed the oceans blue. Everyone was sure that the world was flat. Poor Spike. He's only 72% flat. He can't mock me for attempting to do something he could never do. If I succeed, then this website will be considered of historical significance. At worst, it will be considered amusing, like that guy from Florida that tried to prove that we all lived on the inside of a hollow ball, with the sun, moon, and stars in the middle. I have almost completed the framework for isolating all the characteristics for randomness. That puts me at about 25% done.

Sounds very interesting. I've often wondered why AI doesn't feature more in gambling software. [Probably because many coders don't have those sorts of programming skills??]

Anyway, when might you release some info about this?

No pressure...Just asking!  ;)

Is a computer program that plays chess a form of AI ? My program will not figure out how to beat Roulette. It only follows a set of instructions. It selects the best choices. It can't be true AI and be a validation of my concepts at the same time. It's just a massive consideration of instructions.

Why in god's name would you ever want to play THROUGH
the bad states? ??? ? If you can read random correctly, you
see the bad states and sit it out or move to another wheel.
Playing through them is a sure road to ruin. If you don't know
when NOT to bet, you shouldn't be playing.

I just had to quote you on that and i fully agree ...
I might use those words as my own ...

Its hard to say which comes first, knowing when to bet
or when not to. that's the problem with progressions,
they give you a false sense of security. You feel like
your bets are protected, and they're not.

It even happens to me. If I play a progression for fun
in practice, I can feel my attention relax, I don't have
to concentrate so much, the progression will cover
my mistakes. A very bad frame of mind to play in..

Right

Well if one can see or recognize or pinpoint excatly "bad states" , then best would be to refer to them as bad ones and bet on them "badly" too.   Show no mercy. don't be sissy!  :pirate:

Btw, like it is enough to win only on favorable ones?  Pshaw!  :bored:

:))

Common sense has become so rare it should be classified as a superpower.

Its not really a bad state, it just doesn't jibe with
what your method is. As Bombus (or whatever he
calls himself here) pointed out, there are no good
or bad states.

.
Yes that is true, if you follow the trend and use a regression plan, you are more alert towards what is present ...
Make sense that you relax and become more sloppy when you use progression ...
