Angel,

Can you give another example of this. I'm not sure I follow the amounts
you are betting on each street, etc.

Thanks

Mogul

Yes, I can.
Streets are good bet because are representing the law of thirds proportion.
For every street that hits there is a  good opportunity to hit again because it could fulfill one of two requirements or even both.
These two requirements are:
1) a number could hit more than once
2) 2 out of 3 numbers are going to hit (2/3 like 24/36 aka law of the thirds)

In order to confirm the average expectation  we need to bet every street that just hit till it wins or till 37th bet  from the 1st bet.
This means that after the second hit for each and every street, it's being removed from the bet selection.
Not all of the streets will be bet for the same duration/spins.

Here is an example:

21  bet the 7th street
19  7th street hits, balance +11, no bet
29  bet 10th street
36  bet 10th and 12th street, balance +10
7    bet 10th, 12th and 3rd street, balance +8
7    3rd street hits, balance +17, bet 10th and 12th street
16  bet 10th, 12th and 6th street, balance +15
12  bet 10th, 12th, 6th and 4th street, balance +12
20  bet 10th, 12th, 6th and 4th street, balance +8
2    bet 10th, 12th, 6th, 4th and 1st street, balance +4
7    bet 10th, 12th, 6th, 4th and 1st street, balance -1
11  4th street  hits, balance +6, bet 10th, 12th street, 6th and 1st street
6    bet 10th, 12th, 6th, 1st and 2nd street, balance +2
34  12th street hits, balance +9, bet 10th, 6th, 1st and 2nd street
24  bet 10th, 6th, 1st, 2nd and 8th street, balance +5
35  bet 10th, 6th, 1st, 2nd and 8th street, balance 0
12  bet 10th, 6th, 1st, 2nd and 8th street, balance -5
8    bet 10th, 6th, 1st, 2nd and 8th street, balance -10
23  8th street hits, balance -3, bet 10th, 6th, 1st and 2nd street
24  bet 10th, 6th, 1st and 2nd street, balance -7
22  bet 10th, 6th, 1st and 2nd street, balance -11
22  bet 10th, 6th, 1st and 2nd street, balance -15
10  bet 10th, 6th, 1st and 2nd street, balance -19
27  bet 10th, 6th, 1st, 2nd and 9th street, balance -23
18  6th street hits, balance -16, bet 10th, 1st, 2nd and 9th street
28  10th street hits, balance -8, bet 1st, 2nd and 9th street
15  bet 1st, 2nd, 9th and 5th street, balance -11
21  bet 1st, 2nd, 9th and 5th street, balance -15
17  bet 1st, 2nd, 9th and 5th street, balance -19
28  bet 1st, 2nd, 9th and 5th street, balance -23
4    2nd street hits, balance -15, bet 1st, 9th and 5th street
30  bet 1st, 9th and 5th street, balance -18
1    1st street hits, balance -9, bet 9th and 5th street
8    bet 9th and 5th street, balance -11
16  bet 9th and 5th street, balance -13
36  bet 9th and 5th street, balance -15
13  5th street hits, balance -5, end of betting

It ends in negative but it was flat bet the whole way, while some other 37 spins cycles ends up in positive without progression.
''For after all what is man in nature?
A nothing in relation to infinity, all in relation to nothing, a central point between nothing and all and infinitely far from understanding either.
The ends of things and their beginnings are impregnably concealed from him in an impenetrable secret.
He is equally incapable of seeing the nothingness out of which he was drawn and the infinite in which he is engulfed.'' B.Pascal
