When I take pen to paper, I figured I have witnessed approximately 3 Million baccarat decisions over the years.  (nothing to do with success, failure, pro or non-pro playing).  Better than 50% would be at a big table, where the shoe travels counter clockwise around the table taking about 2.5 to 3 hours to complete a shoe with new cards, washing and of course all hand shuffled.
