idea i got from that PDF:

write the results in 4 sets of 3 from left to right. need 12 decisions to do so

example:

BPB PBB BBB BPB
      _      _       _       _

WHERE YOU SEE AN UNDERLINE bet for a repeat of above. 1 2 4 8 progression


so you are trying to match the 3rd decision of each set. 4 bets only every 12 decisions
