Thanks for the link Bally. Very interesting one. Some one who knows German what is Raucher mean. I can see there are 7 manual tables and two airball ones but what is raucher and nichtraucher mean.

Raucher means smoker and nichtraucher means non-smoker. (according to my Babylon translator)

Sure. But i am trying to understand what it means in terms of tables. Are these private rooms, with smoking and non smoking options. Why are they called touch bets. Not quite sure.

here in germany smoking in restaurants or bars for example is only allowed if smokers have their own separate room. so I think that they now have  separate tables for smokers and non-smokers.
