Why ?

I just gave a result on the T1 wiesbaden yesterday;

The street 1 is the opposite of street 12
       street 2                             street  11 
       street 3                             street   10   .....etc

     I tested this on 1980 spins (random . org)  :  results  +134

Yes it is true but there is no avavantage to this because you hire 2 bets to win one.
You will lose 2 put a little less than half the time.
Ie 45% (excluding zero).
