As I told earlier too that I have made a few hundreds withdrawals from them,in so many years but never faced any troubles, so far, except this. Max time it ever took was 4 days. They should use social media like facebook, google+ or twitter to let all players know of technical and other troubles if they can not address every concern individually. Not having chat facility is also a very bad thing.

Update: They let me cancel my withdrawal.  I cancelled it. I will make another withdrawal attempt after a few days. Will report you.
