The concept of "Trigger packs" is simple.

It's an evolution of the multiple methods working together.

This time the winning and losing annotations are given by any of the selected triggers added to the pack.

In other words, a set of triggers are acting as one. You ponder them like one, you use them in unison.

Do you have any ideas for a possible combination of methods and their triggers?


I have thought about this a bit but its difficult to put something on the table.

Example of a T-pack with 5 numbers:

- Last repeater number. (1)

- Last "Hole neighbors". (2)

- Largest zone neighbors. (2)




Note: a hole neighbor can also be a largest zone neighbor so they can be less numbers, but we still consider it a fiver one.

The gist of successful trigger packs is for them to be:

- Streaky triggers with a tendency for long chains of wins, then "dry-outs".

Since they are working together they can cover for each other's "doldrums". If none of them is feeding hits, then the pack is disabled.

or

- Somewhat "Opposite" triggers.

When one is hitting the other is likely to be sleeping and vice versa.





...another note: I say "somewhat" because they likely aren't really 100% opposite and do have uncovered numbers, but you should picture them in tune with the concepts of "jump" and "stay" for even chances, dozens, etc..

This is a fascinating concept and one where over views, overlays, and a sort of neural network analogy of interactive responses can be visualised.


Very interesting and will return to this soon.
The whole debate on triggers, effectiveness, and the non-mechanical nature of some triggers, ie consciousness is involved to make some overview decisions - this is so important.
