hey guys, I need some tips on learning english, I use some web resourses but I still lack on grammar and especially speaking skills, do you have any tips?

I would suggest you to hire a professional. It'll be better for you. Internet provides everything in english. Since you are learning english, you'll need to understand it. that's why, a Teacher can only n only help you in it.
