You can walk around the house and count every table for the current shoe and previous shoe:
- Total Hands Played
- Total High Payout Wins of Each Type

So for every table you should be noting from 70 to almost 160+ hands worth.   Take all the data and then you can arrive at a decent average.  The more tables, the more data you can collect quickly.

No matter what, the bottom line can not produce a definitive time or shoe or section of a shoe that the F-7's will prevail at.  I have seen every shoe produce some from 1 to 6 and then shoe after shoe of zero.  At times there are 3, 5 or 7 shoe absence in its entity of any F-7's. 

It is the same as long term statistics on baccarat.  Compare you 100,000 shoe or 1,000,000 results and see if that is what is going to happen for the 3 or 5 or 7 shoes you sit down to play.

It's going to approach an average of 2 Dragons and 3 Pandas.  That is approximately what the payout outs are.

You are correct, but 'sometimes', not always.  And that is the key thing---SOMETIMES.

Same with ties, same with amount of naturals, same with streaks, same with chop-chop, etc.

This is the one main reason and the only reason they will spend money on supplies and allow you to take notes and bring manuscripts to almost any baccarat table to follow, etc.

I won't disclose how long it took to see my first 'no hitter' shoe, and then I saw a second soon after that.  Anything is possible.
