The app will not record results to predict the next bet. My idea was to have a recording app to keep track of  numbers of w/l/t and based on certain w/l results will restrict your betting amount. History has not changed the Baccarat outcomes. People win all the time only to hand back the winnings when on a losing streak. The app aims to record and prompt the user about amounts that are allowed to be placed and in certain circumstances, will reject any bets. Of course the user can just ignore but subsequent results will not tally.

The casino is a team. If we act alone the HE will stack against us. For most of us who lack Glen?s self control, we need to gather assistance. I read somewhere of a professional gambler who pays 10% of his winnings to his accomplice manager whose job is to keep the money under control on losing runs. I was hopeful the app could go some way to help.

I understood you well in your earlier posts. I could see that the app would just record W / L / T results. Something like this:

|W|L|T|
| |X| |
|X| | |
|X| | |
| |X| |

There are no Ties in Roulette, so one column can be W or X. My charts in Roulette include the results of 12 different sets of 18 to 20 numbers that form the sides of 6 unique groupings. And it also includes one column for wins and losses. In Baccarat you just have one grouping with the three results to make bet selections from. And you also have the effectiveness of the bet set of three also. Most Baccarat players have a chart as part of the table apparatus. So maybe keeping track of the W/L/T is all the app would need. So can a person use a smart phone or a computer to play Baccarat?

I don't need an app to tell me to drop back to a "no bet," a virtual bet, or a minimum bet. I just use a simple method of dropping back on each lost bet. I still record a bet selection so that I can pick up on what grouping is not working for me. I can then tell if I'm still in a bad streak of guesses. So I still make bet selections continually, I just don't fund the bad streaks. The simple rule to stop funding after a loss is good enough. There is one situation where I stay in there betting and that is when the weak side of the grouping is in a pattern of singles. I might get a string of wins peppered occasionally with a single loss. Like this: wwwLwwLwwwwLwLwwLwww. You can see the single lost bets.

Now If I were to devise a visual dexterity method for Baccarat I would use $5 red chips for wins, $1 white chips for lost bets, and $25 green chips for ties. I would have them in a stack or a tray. You could just look at them at a glance and see the trends. As the game proceeds you could just bull back the farthest back part of the stack as 20 hands back is more than far enough. You could also keep a stack for the P, B, & T and put it right next to the w/L/T stack. If you take off the same amount of old results from each stack at the same time then the two charts will line up symmetrically.

I think the point is to see visually, like visual dexterity, the win / loss effectiveness. I know that we can see the best looking trend that we have ever seen and still enter exactly at the wrong moment. It happens. You can have a perfect downturn during a great swarm of good looking trends. It's just part of randomness and has nothing to do with bad judgement. The point is to not get flustered by it when it happens. Just wait it out for a while. The good stuff will synchronize up with the effectiveness. And that is just too bad for casino owners.

I had thought really, that this app I was looking to build, would be part of an experiment and a personal endeavour and I could easily find someone in my country to do so. I thought to put it on the betselection forum to see if it could generate any interest and discussion.

A separate thread went on incessantly about technology being the wrong approach et cetera etc. The tone was condescending and it left no room for disagreeing points of view. While generally correct about the game, the one moot point is that not everybody is moulded in the form of Glen. Nor do they want to be. And technology is to be utilised for our benefit and assistance. Some don't need it. Some need it. Desperately.

I need the tech desperately when I practice. But sitting with a laptop or an activated phone at a gambling table here in America is strictly verboten. So in Roulette I use hand written charts on index cards. In Craps I custom stack the chips and read the results in the stacks. They encourage multiple value chips in Craps. So I use that. Same for Blackjack too.
#49
You are right Glen, as a techno expert and a real player, I have noticed that hand written charts or secret chip stacking methods are way better because they lend themselves to simplicity. It takes too long to wait on a computer. I can fill in 12 sets of 6 groupings and the win/loss stats on a roulette spin in less than ten seconds. To keep up with the w/L stats & the pass / don't pass on Craps only take 5 seconds with custom stacked chips. And nobody complains.

I wrote somewhere that the randomness of the game accentuated by certain periods of patterns would ensure that anybody at some point in their casino visit be making money based on their own bet selection preferences. But the key to walking out a winner is the ability to ride out the bad or Shar Chi period. It is my contention that loss management is the key to the holy grail. And I would like this small project to earn somebody here something even if it is small. Please PM me. Thank you and God bless

I read the entire thread. It mostly sounded quite familiar. I've been saying for more than a decade that if you want to follow the true trend that really matters then you must look at the effectiveness states. No matter how you come up with a bet selection, and I have always suggested that the method should at least be consistent, you must keep track of your win / loss effectiveness.

So I have moved from double dozens back to EC's. I can now play Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps with equal advantages. It's less volatile and makes following the effectiveness conditions much easier. So here is my last gift to you trend players. The HG is a limited Grand Martingale combined with flat betting. I expect you guys and gals to figure that much out on your own just how I execute it. You must already be a master of reading randomness and exploiting the effectiveness states to make it work. Remember, don't wreck it for everyone.

Without being too obvious, the message I was trying to convey to Gizmotron is not to disclose his secret because I have seen him work so hard over the years and for him to give it away is a shame. I understand Gizmotron seeks validation, but I believe he will be best served to be quiet and just make money.

I got the message and agree with it. It makes no sense to get mad enough to wreck my own future. If I don't want to be mad I'll just have to give up the forums.

So you advocate for not sharing the secrets then. The math crowd, (OCD)  :applause:  appropriate, don't deserve to be shown as feckless. And I should not be so mad as to show masses of people how to win.

In the following graph and chart I used bet selection based on trends, virtual bets where a $0 value was used to make a selection. The chart shows these with a hyphen next to the win or lose marking for that spin. At the far right is the set that is bet to win.

So it would be a major jip if I don't enplane how I use the concept of the video to enhance my trend betting style. I'll have to think about this.

So I decided to show one last example. I can go back to my self imposed silence. It has it all in it. I ran 10 spins just to get the chart going. Then I played 50 bet selections with and without value.

It's all here by example:

I read all your posts. You have very interesting things to say about experience and staying under the radar as well as getting robbed with two wallets. I've considered these myself. I was targeted in Vegas after a nice win in in the middle of the day. The pirates thought I was going for the parking garage. I was headed up the street instead to my RV site and walked there along the main drag.

It's just that this (welcome to the gang you upstart) that riles me up to maximum. I know that you have always kept it a secret. But it's so secret that it is questionable to all these imaginary followers. But what the heck, that just goes to style.

I posted the old comments to see if you are a space cadet, now not so bad, the newest branch of our military. But it really gets New Age there for a while. If I have to tolerate condescending Zen like pestering then you have to endure my sarcasm. Who cares anyway?

You use conditional awareness to extrapolate advantage states. You seem to advocate an everything up against the wall to see what sticks method. I have learned to confine just a few common occurring characteristics across 12 sets that make up 6 groupings. And I also use feelings to make guesses. I know when it is working and I know when it is not working. All I've done recently is to simplify it to the degree that a few rules combined with a very few opportunities makes the aggregated session a positive outcome. That video was a watershed moment. It showed me to play for the big win, the long termed win. So I'm going to explain it so that the debate will end. The math crowd will have to explain why it works. And that will be when they eat crow, no pun intended.

I already have gone with the second option. I can remove any more disruptions. I thought he had something to say. He can pose his positions in his own area.

While there are thousands of characteristics to choose from, there is only one that matters. Having the skills and knowledge of recognizing occurrences comes with experience. What good are these skills when it is not properly applied to playing roulette? I can teach a layman, who has never played roulette, one skill; and they will win every single time.

Recently, I taught two individuals that one skill. One person was not concerned with how much he made, but the consistency the strategy provided, as he played .25 cents betting, buy in 8.00 to 20.00. He won 5 sessions in a row, 100.00 in two hours. That was not his main concern. He was super happy about the consistency.

The other player is currently playing everyday for one hour and makes 100.00 to 170.00 each session. He plays only one session per visit. He started a week ago.

These two players now belong to the exclusive group and talk among themselves. So you see, all this talk about randomness, strategies, patterns, is just that, talk, people searching for answers. You have found a glimpse of recognition. All you have to do is know how to apply it skillfully.

The Crow

What a condescending pile of Zen master BS. You are still clueless to what I have to say yet you suggest that you already know where I'm headed. And this crud about an exclusive group of neophytes that have shared in the crumbs that have fallen from your table is almost just short of comical.

We will carry on here with my sharing the real and you doing a Bozo act. All you have done is to pose as a professional gambler that teaches newbies your so called secret "always win" tactics. I'm not buying it anymore. Start your own thread. Seeing what is currently occurring and matching the sequences so as to reveal the effectiveness is as old as the hills. I told everyone back in the Gambler's Glen days. The time of hidden secrets is over. The mathBoyz are about to get a lesson they will never forget. Welcome to the side in the light of day.

Giz,

I don't understand your reasoning for posting old post of mine and requesting responses from them. With regard to your topic, your examples do not show how to capitalize on the trends provided, nor does it show what 0 6, P, S represents. You may have explained it in other posts, but it would appreciated if you post them here for other people who are not familiar with your groupings.

I was just trying to confirm that you claim to know what I have just arrived at, something you have been doing for years. I've been banging away at the trends and patterns for more than a decade. I have just been doing it badly.

Before you can capitalize on trends and patterns you must learn to see them. I use the charts, live, while at a casino in order to see the best occurring continuation of any trend or pattern. It is the cart before the horse at this point to explain how to strategically use them. But I did that all in my first example anyway. You are going to get a little observation in the charts and you are going to get suggested strategy for the examples as I continue forward.

I'm puzzled now. You suggest that you already know this stuff. So your question is a rhetorical one for the benefit of other readers or are you in some kind of confusion as to what I'm showing?

Those sets " 0 6 " are sets of 18 or 20 numbers made from the American wheel and are based on locations on the wheel with regards to proximity. There are four sectors. It is meaningless. You can make up any sets that you want. The "P's" and "S's" are pet groups as well with two sets making each grouping also. I don't need to share them. People can make up their own. Use Kimo Li groups that are 18 to 20 numbers if you want.

The point is to place even chance bets that you can then place "X's" in a chart while playing live at a casino. From those charts you can read randomness.

Once you are skilled at all the best characteristics you can learn about the strategy that best mimics what the stock trader suggests in the video. A person must walk before they can run. If you only have one characteristic and one grouping with two sets then your options are very limited. That's sort of all you get with Craps and Baccarat.

Here are the best characteristics to look for.

Repeaters, including any patterns associated with the size of reoccurring stretches.

Chop -- better known on gambling forums as singles in series.

Swarms of doubles, triples, quadruples, etc...

Singles or Doubles in series on one side during an other side's domination.

The allusive global effect and the perfect reoccurring pattern.

This is the first time that I have shown exactly what to look for and at what spin numbers & grouping to find the examples in the charts. It will take a while. You suggest that you already have the skill. I'm actually concerned that you have the power of sight and don't rely on the skill. But this is a question too so I'm willing to answer you.

Back to the latest chart:

Look at the "| 0 6 |" column from spin 60 and down. The 0's hit as singles for a while and then the repeats start to swarm. All that is needed is a strategy to get way more wins than losses. All you have to do is bet that conditions will continue and to protect when sides change.

Roulette is the same thing. The numbers paint a wonderful picture. It's never the same. Random bets are never the same as well. When the two are combined, something magically happens, you win.

I know everything about roulette. More importantly, I know nothing about roulette, which makes me either delusional or real.
Now that's random.

So you make random bet selections. Do you consider that sometimes those bets work badly or do you always bet randomly with a winning accuracy? Do you see where the combinations intersect before you place bets?

Crow, this is one that is more than five years old:

Hi Gizmotron,

I am curious how you would choose bet selection while at a live table without all of your sorting tools and filtering. You need some kind of reference. If not by grid, then how?

I use random against random, stream of consciousness if you will. Do you do the same? or are you changing your groups as you play?

TC

I change my groupings constantly based on the best looking continuation. My ESP is fragmentary and only works in short bursts. I have learned to "fly the plane" on instruments. It's a mistake to feed a losing hunch, for me that is.
