Hello

I wonder does anyone has a clue how and where this phenomena can be seen/proven/found in this sort of betting?

[attach=1][attach=2]Hello

I can humbly say that you officially got one more professional bettor here  :cheer:

I can say that I found pretty nice edge in sports betting.

I ll show you some of my stats in the attach. Those stats are recorded on one Croatian web site which is made just for sports betting and I am using it to record my picks. I didn't found better software for this purpose.

I know you don't understand much words, but I think the ones in the right box under "STATISTIKA" (means: stats) which are actually telling you all are self explanatory.

These stats are since I started to play for real money, but I was playing virtually before, for practice of course. So I actually played much more then that number of picks you see there.

So as you see after 107 played picks (which is for sports betting decent sample) my yield is 24.17% which I think it would bring fight for gold on Olympic games in sports betting. LoL With such healthy yield you can reasonably assume that I don't have long losing streaks and no big DD-s. You can prove that to yourself by looking at graph which is also in the attach.

All recorded picks here are shown as staked 10/10 meaning played flat bet although in practice I am using labby as a progression to boost my profits.  I have more then doubled my starting bank by now without almost any stress at all.

I am playing only main asian handicaps on asian bookies (and one English bookmaker) which in the end results with 1.96 as average played odd and average odd I am winning is 1.97. End of stats.

I didn't abandoned playing roulette, I still play it (successfully) as my 2nd hobby with lower stakes, but knowing that out there exist places where you can gamble successfully without fear of being banned, can change your priorities and wishes... Although if you ask me now, I would tell you that I still love roulette more then sports betting, but when it is time to speak about ways of "safer" and "easier" making money, it is obviously what should come at first place. (No hard feelings devils game..  :-* )

I would like to ask especially native english speakers to tell me correct using of abbreviation IMO.

Somewhere I read it means "in meaning of" and somewhere "in my opinion"

So which is actually (more) correct?

BTW why is the word "abbreviation" so long? [smiley]aes/dont_know.png[/smiley]  :))

Gents I wonder does anyone of you plays sports betting and using some MM from roulette?

I was doing so last some time and found it amazed how easy it goes...

I deposited on 7th October 94.5 € and decided to play sports betting using my roulette MM. Today is 22nd and I doubled my starting bankroll. I will show screen for non believers [smiley]aes/headphones.png[/smiley]

I play it exactly like I play roulette in terms of money management and I personally give  more credit to that then to my sports picking.  Maybe you will wonder how?

I play it to have total odds of about 2.0 and I usually take 1-3 picks. I treat that as one game and each game represents 1 unit in a bank. I started with 1 € as a base so I had starting bank of 94.5 units

I can say that by now my biggest DD was about 35 units max, almost tree time less then my bank can handle.

I am taking picks mostly by my knowledge in sports and sometimes If I am not sure what to play, I look what pros say on blogabet.com, here or some sports betting sites,  read their analysis and usually play that pick even a bit safer (if for example they offer a bet with high confidence according to them and Asian handicap of -0.5 where odds are about 1.90 I play it safer with lower odds) I just make my 2.0 total odds bet and this is how betselection usually goes.

Variance was more then nice as I can handle. I like that.

I am really consistent in money management which it practically does all job for me and I don't need to have some super hitting percentage, actually good under 50% of won tickets, but that is how it seems to me, no matter how strange this may sound I am not too concerned about picks.

This is becoming kinda my 2nd hobby and it is fun :)

Math & Statistics / Tool for calculating Z-score
May 28, 2013, 11:57:21 AM
Hello folks

I am attaching excel sheet for calculating Z-score if someone is interested.

I don't remember where I have found it and who created it , but all kudos to the author.

IT is a nice and very simple tool to calculate if you are interested how precisely some event statistically rare or not rare is.

Just enter how many numbers you are betting and how many wins you have in some sequence and you will get z-score

It goes for "all three" roulette's and baccarat.

Video is, well, at least interesting and music will give you some sort of boost be sure about that.

Works for the ones with 7 and 77 also lol

Roulette Xtreme / Graph showing only placed bets
May 07, 2013, 09:29:43 PM
Gents I have a question regarding graphing in RX software.

I wonder can graph show on x axis number of placed bets instead of number of spins?

If I track something for x spins and I want graph to record only placed bets after that trigger. So only placed bets. Not all spins while tracking too.

Is that possible to make here?

Math & Statistics / Bayses theorem
January 16, 2013, 12:51:54 PM
It would be nice if someone who understands it very well could explain it in short and maybe to say how this could be applyed to roulette.

I was reading about it but its appliance obviously is very wide and complicated to anyone who doesn't have great mathematical knowledge.

I know Bayes once in the past mentioned he was intended to do this, but unfortunately it only left on intention.
