Playtech has full screen mode where bets are placed on the gaming table used by the dealer.

Don't most of these casinos have that?

Many live casino have a separate box for video and another place for betting. Here your bets are placed directly into the table shown on video. You could say you bet into the same table the dealer is on.
It is much appealing so I hope this mode becomes the new industry standard for the live casino gaming.

This is default view. There is a table in the video window and one for the player's wagers:

This is full screen view:

Here your bets are placed directly into the table that appears in the video. It is a step closer to be sitting there along with the dealer.

How we know it is live, in that way it is not recorded. At dublin they use a casino there people  from the street enter and play, if you know somebody present the can confirm the same numbers.  And even wave to you.  You can tip the dealer.

Some live dealer casinos allow bet after release of ball too. In most of the live dealer games, you can chat with dealers to ensure, it is not a recording.
