Even if they develop 2 or 3 vaccines, I think we may be heading for a catastrophe if a worst case happens...which is if a vaccine has serious side effects ( or even death ) no one will get get vaccinated ....in addition there will be the usual idi*ots who will believe some conspiracy theory that the vaccine is a government plot to kill people.......and then there are the people who  are anti all vaccines who will not get vaccinated ......and then there are the other idi*ots who will not wear a mask because it it affects their "freedom"..............and the flu season starts in a few months and no one knows the side affects of any vaccine taken with the flu shot...so maybe 30% to 40 % will not get vaccinated and keep spreading the virus....and the federal government just can't keep spending 2 to 3 trillion dollars every 3 months to keep the economy afloat and hyperinflation will eventually set in and  money will be worthless just like Germany in the 1920's. ( it cost 4 Billion Deutch Marks to buy a loaf of bread )

And then "civil unrest" will start because there will be literally millions of people who will be evicted from the homes who have very little to eat.

Just reading some recent news items about car jacking and robberies occurring in broad daylight now ..
so some suggestions   .1. If you stop for gas, check out if anyone looks suspicious before you get out to pump gas, once you get out of your car, you are defenseless.  2. Buy a cheap cell phone and if you get robbed, give them the cheap phone. 3. But a cheap wallet and put $10 in it with a bunch of papers so the wallet  looks full and hand over that wallet if you get robbed.4. Sad to say but you may have to get a gun and a concealed carry permit and be prepared to use it. If you live in a house, buy a shot gun and 1 or 2 pistols and hide them in various places in case of a home invasion.... actually only a shot gun is effective since it is extremely difficult to hit someone with just a pistol..with a shot gun you have a better chance of hitting someone if you just aim in the general direction.

P.S. Vegas may be finished for the next 2 or 3 years. with only 5 or 6 casinos being able to stay open

Nevada should have taken the Hawaii "stay fkng away from our isles" line and actually it did at the very start of this pandemic (03/15).

Then I can't understand why the hell they didn't force people to wear masks inside casinos...

I agree on many 8R9 points yet I'm feeling confident about US and especially the great State of Nevada.

LOL

Look at the covidiot posting "Yeah, masks deprive your oxigen intake, which goes against federal regulation. Look it up"

Actually the oxigen flowing in the brain of such a covidiot is chronically low even without wearing a mask.

Unlike Las Vegas the Midwest casinos are coming back nicely in my opinion. Although the Midwest casinos are not reliant on strictly destination patrons that are going to be at the casino for several days straight such as Las Vegas is.

But from state to state in the midwest, there are different rules and regulations regarding masks, regulated and some are not, so its mask optional and from what I seen at the ones I've been to, even if it's masks optional I would say almost everybody is wearing one.  And there are numerous other rules that are published under all the websites for all the Midwest casinos. But as far as the patrons going by what is a supposed to be done in compliance with rules and regulations and both Common Sense wise, I would say it's in the extremely very high 90%  on a scale zero to a hundred.

Basically the same as the other entertainment style avenues such as shopping malls, large box stores are in the same category, restaurants and bars, and all other types of non-essential entertainment.

Vegas has a few major problems coming back into the reopening of everything. One is the attitude of the patron and why they go there at least the majority of them. And second is they are there full-time for a couple, several and numerous days. And usually a steady stream of alcohol  or large amounts of alcohol are involved.
