Friends of the Forum. How many draws are needed to see all the numbers appear in roulette?

I know that the answer varies but I would like to know an approximate. Is there a mathematical formula to calculate the amount?

In the real world from 63 to at most 600, theoretical 37 to infinity.

I believe that in 1369 spins (37  cycles of 37 numbers), not just every number appears but most numbers will get near break even too. Barely 3-4 numbers can be away from that, that is normal.
