Baccarat Forum / Re: This guy took a beating on the forums
September 08, 2015, 01:12:40 PM
I've watched this on You Tube before and know it's not going to work in the long run
against a balanced set of games which will be the majority.

Even my best bet selection method will struggle with a balanced game selections,  and only win .6 units before commission over 12 games, with per game
unit swing negatives to positives.   This swing can work on my short term physic during long play periods and leave me with a feeling of burn out.

I'm practicing Blackjack once again. A new casino will open 15 miles near me and only carry BJ and couple other games with slots.
Does anyone know and use a method other than hi-lo that will be beneficial ?  You may pm me, thanks.

A General statement not directed towards anyone.

A large bankroll will not turn a losing player into a winning player.

Only a winning method will,  regardless of the bankroll.

If you have a winning method you can win 1,000  with a small 5,000.

A story :  A guy next to me blew about a grand quickly! Then asks me if he can borrow 50 dollars. I responded,  I wish I could,  but I'm a little tight this week myself.

Another friend says, I  lost around 2,000 on one bet,  I had a strong feeling it was going to come! and I says, Yeah it happens.

HBS

It has been said before, play within your comfort zone is the only key to reduce stress.

Your comfort zone, after a while, may change with your 'confidence in your winning methods.'

I do agree with Rolex's way of thinking in the long run the Default Bias designed in the Texture of the game is unbeatable.

In the long run if you play thousands of hands flat betting or progressions  the default bias in the texture of baccarat cannot be beaten.
( Default Bias is the one we all know for singles through 10 plus in a row as  50%  25 %  12.5%   6.25%   etc..   )

If we take tens or hundreds of games, add up the singles, two's,  three's etc..., and divide each by the total we will find that the percentages will be very close within a percent or two of the default bias texture for each singles, twos, threes, etc...

However, judgement or a secret computer program that can pick out a winning shoe,  may have an influence in the results ,  because each shoe is different,

If your progression is slow enough and long enough you  May be able to catch the shoe who's bias favors your style of play  then you may recoup your losses, or not,    such is Gr8's style of trending. Or the guy who used a slow  progression step per shoe.   If you're not in a hurry and can bet only a couple times per game in the right places you  may win with flat bets in the short term,  ever how long that is.

In the short term you can win,   a little,   in the very long term the Default Bias will beat you, if you base your play as most do picking P or B as your bet.

I will add for the sake of conversation... my choice of MM will be Flat Bet $90 for a Low Bankroll Variance, it will take 6 wins less commission over approx. 3 shoes or less played,

With luck and hope of choosing a shoe with a Bias curved toward multiple singles or (seconds) doubles plus.
I would bet only once each attempt win or lose,  for a single or a (seconds) double only.

Without other indicators, I will look for Past Shoe Texture to indicate a Bias and with luck it will continue throughout the shoe.
My target win min. will be $150 profit per shoe.

If something  is new and actually worked to beat the house edge,

I'd most surely say that it wouldn't be available on an open forum or for sell.

Mostly because of the time and effort to create such a method,  and because If there were such a method

the game would change accordingly,  as history is our witness .

So hashing through old forum notes of failed methods is half the fun ,

much like a road trip, where the journey is the adventure.

 As -

Imo , Its the rare events we remember most often, the choppy shoe or the shoe full of runs.

So we often hear that a choppy shoe remains choppy, or a running shoe remains running, Or at least played that way.

Yes,  I would follow and  favor a choppy shoe remaining choppy.

As things change the more they remain the same or something similar ...

Last week there was a shoe that went more than two in a row only  twice and then  to only three.

I didn't play it,  I  watched and was thinking,  surely things will change .

Table Selection will be most important,
Being that I have total control of my situation.
I would pick a table that never went over two in a row.

wewin2222, you have a great idea for a Novel with the crooked casino manager in association with Asian gangs
in a big casino cheat ,   I'm thinking of Robert Redford in the lead if it goes to film, and Jackie Chan as the Asian gang leader,
I can see it now , Hey you don't mind if I use your ideas would you ?

Is there baccarat blackjack talk radio somewhere's ?  you guy's would be famous.
hey , I'd tune in  !  It's a great format, have guests from you tube with the newest ideas... etc.
special guests drop in,  Ellis and Keith can stop by , book reviews, the list is endless

Casino Cheating  !  That's the best reason I've heard for not playing baccarat.

There isn't a method developed to beat the cheating casinos .

Stop playing save your money. You will never beat the casinos.

I visited Vegas in 1977 ,     I trip I now look back on with appreciation.    My memories of Vegas is of old Las  Vegas,   The Trop.  went to a  show there , The

Dunes  I still have a match book from The Dunes,   The Sands,   Stardust,  C's Palace was really something different in its day.   Downtown,  Four Queens,

Golden Nugget, etc.    There were  still open vast spaces and parking lots between casinos on the strip. I remember seeing Gabe Kaplan in the Stardust  back

when he had the fro hair style  being ushered around the craps area by two or three big guys in suits.  I think he was performing there as well.  I'm not sure

if I want to go back to Vegas. There's no way to top these memories.

Yes its tight all over,
the "Boats" on the Gulf Coast  are much tighter than a few years ago. Now everything is on your players card,  Table supers used to write comps when ever they wanted or almost , but now its out of their hands.  Now you're  lucky  to get a discounted meal and a half price room.  All in all I assume its cheaper than Lost Vegas, star headliner tickets like Newton when he comes or Don Rickles, start around $65 , I once had front row for Newton for somewhere around $65. Debbie Reynolds front row around $70.

Greetings,

1-2 progression will pick wins betting against p or b after one  to continue   p  bb p bb p b p .  (ones and twos)

1-1-1 progression  will have similar win results as well.
