I usually play very well at the start of the session. Cautious, not over betting and not betting every hand.

And I will be up by $1000 or maybe higher. I will walk out a winner when I have to attend to some business. But the problem is when I have the whole day to play. I will usually lose all the winnings plus all the bankroll.

Like today, my bankroll was $4000 and I was up by $3000 after two hours. I stay on for another three hours and gave back $6000 and was left with $1000. >:(

Can anyone who play regularly teach me how to walk out a winner every time I am up?

no because your goals are different than mine or anyone else on here. you need a plan. what do you want and is it realistic. simple as that

First and foremost should be your own structure to do it.  Set a goal and then keep raising your drawdown mark.  For example:

If you win $1,000 then stop at breakeven
If you win $2,000 then stop at + $500 or $1,000
If you win $3,000 then stop at + $1,500 or $2,000

Bring a 'banker' with you who helps you protect your money or schedule other appointments after a certain amount of time you plan on starting.
