Caesars selling WSOP brand to NSUS @ $500Million

Caesar's announced a few days ago that they have reached an agreement to sell the WSOP brand to NSUS group owners of GG Poker for $500 million. Caesar's retains the right to host the WSOP for 20 years at their casinos.

Any thoughts??
