Wow, it is true that a roulette bot is illegal? I did not know.

It seems rather that casinos prefer that players keep playing on autopilot. It is expected the players will lose in the final balance. what is the difference if it is a hand or if it is a program that puts the chips.

Can anyone shed light on this? Are there cases of people who have been punished for using the bots on their real money account.

Thank you.

It's against the law to provide an internet gambling device in the state of Oregon. There are several states that have strict laws restricting online gambling. So even if its legalized nationally it will still require amended legislation in many states across America also.

The casinos which has reputation, will not mind a bot, A bot gives more play, that's what a casino wants.  A bot can never make your odds better, it just make it simplier to play methods which are long. A casino using low stakes as 0.01 and 0.1  more or less invite bots.

A bot act as the player can do manual, my bot at least, and I think all, just read the screen calculate the next bet and place it. The same thing you must do to play manual.

It may be restriction on play in some places, but I think no where in EU.

I suspect that if 10 people are playing bots, nine will lose.  The winner will win half of what the nine lost so the casino is very happy.

betvoyager casino doesn't have any problem with bots. Many casinos, however, expressly clarify in their terms that use of any software or bot may tend to void all winnings.
Nothing can perfectly beat a random session but luck. If someone claims perfection in every session, he is either a fool himself or think all to be fools.

Yes there are casinos which find all reasons to not pay, that's why I wrote reputable casinos do not mind.
